Ulasan Ramada by Wyndham Cappadocia

Meskipun ukuran kamarnya kecil, saya pikir ini adalah salah satu hotel melati terbaik di area ini di mana Anda dapat menginap dengan nyaman. Itu bagus untuk meng-upgrade saat check-in. Kolam renangnya agak kecil.

Jaringannya terlalu buruk! ! ! koneksi internet buruk!!! Semuanya baik kecuali WiFi

Kapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer.

Отличный отель для транзита и чтобы побывать в Каппадокии. Шары видно с парковки конечно, но лучше поехать на смотровую в Герёме (10 мин на авто). Номера большие. Есть парковка. Завтрак в 6 утра начинается. Спасибо за подарки, очень неожиданно!

Nice modern Hotel nice furniture.. But they don't clean the room and toilet ..we stayed 4 days ..they never clean ..only they arrange bed and keep the necessary items .. Room AC was not working properly.. The hotel is Far away from city centre around 3 km ... Which we got difficulty to find restaurants,shops and even the early morning transportation for Balloon is expensive..

I think 5 star rating has to be revised for this hotel . It has a lot of issue in bathroom and rooms . As well as their staff don’t understand English language- Sharing my experience at breakfast- Update from Ramada capadocia. He (photo attached ) denied - told me NO - to prepare, to cook an omelette in breakfast today at Ramada capadocia- for me as per my say . please note a complaint to ureopamunda - he even told me that he doesn’t understand English and unable to understand what kind of omelette I want .. this is ridiculous and is a serious issue . A very busy hotel with good staff. The location is a little out of the town but still within reasonable walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and the food was good with a wide choice being available at the buffet. The lobby area was bustling but still quite comfortable.

We stayed at this Ramada while on an organized trip of Turkey and were pleasantly surprised by the wonderfully helpful front desk staff. When I took a concern regarding our assigned room to representatives Aybule and Rabia they were quick to upgrade me to a much nicer room even though they appeared to be overloaded with customers at the time. Later that evening (after a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant) we enquired about an early morning guided tour to see the famous balloon launches, Aybule was quick to arrange everything we needed for our adventure. Comfortable beds, clean hotel with exemplary staff, what more could you ask for in a hotel?

Towels in the room had holes and frayed edges. The bathroom had visible mold in the shower area. The breakfast mostly consisted of the prior night’s evening meal. The bar advertised drinks but did not have them available. Not really near anything of interest, yet no shuttles are provided. Staff mostly speaks English well, which was nice; however, when we asked a question of two employees chatting in the spa, they pretended not to know any English at all (despite seeing them speak English the next day). Two stars given because it did offer a lot of services and was mostly clean.

This is an amazing resort-style hotel, with all amenities. However, it is relatively remote from the city centre and attractions. Everything is five star - modern, well maintained, hospitable staff, nicely furnished rooms. The breakfast and dinner (cafeteria style service) are well supplied with good variety of food.

I would like to acknowledge that all the staff were very caring and helpful during my entire stay and, in particular, Miss Aybuke at the reception helping me out with the departure arrangements. I hope to visit you again sooner or later. Thank you!

Lobby bar is great bartenderas amazing ms betul,ms yagmur,ms zeynep and their precious cheff tugce thanks for the service (also the cocktails are very delicious) however qutie expensive anyway the service is beautiful but hotel is not ;)

Large hotel with every amenity. Buffet was good both at dinner and breakfast, indoor swimming pool and spa available. Modern, comfortable rooms and beds with excellent a/c. The wifi really needs upgrading as it quickly gets overwhelmed , every time a coach party arrives the wifi becomes unusable for an hour or more, likewise in the morning when everyone wakes at similar times you can't get online. Other than the minor problem of the wifi the hotel is totally recommended
