"Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff."

"A basic hotel with the basic amenities. Spotty WiFi, few cable TV channels, and tiny room. We transferred to a single room as the only available room as the aircon in our twin room was not working. Staffs needs proper training on how to handle situations like this. Shoutout to Jared as he was the only one who provided the needed assistance to us despite being new to his job. Also needs thorough cleaning as it was very dirty under our bed. The place needs a little TLC. 😭"

"Extended my stay again, mainly because of the plaza, which really comes alive after 4 PM with people, especially students, putting on various performances. Some of them are really interested in where I'm from. Grab a book, sit on the stone steps, and enjoy reading and the surrounding views. The only thing is the beach could be cleaner and cleared of trash more often."
