Elinotel Sermilia Resort

The food was terrible. Coffee - terrible ( if I wanted real espresso I needed to pay extra although we had ultra all exclusive). The Rooms are OK, but the beach was the Wild West! No rules, no normal behavior from guests and everybody just left towels at night to save place for the next day. The hotel didn't care.

We stayed at the hotel from July 31 to August 6 (6 nights). We were in Superior Double Room with Sea View with Ultra All Inclusive. Our general experience was very good. Here are our detailed impressions: 1) Hotel - It is nice hotel with 7 floors and about 100 rooms/suites. There are two elevators - one smaller and one bigger. Sometimes waiting time is big, especially for the smaller elevator which is the one that goes to 7th floor where the Sky Bar is. Sky Bar has a fantastic panoramic view and is a must visit. In the hotel there are some small details that has to be addressed - scuffed paint, renovation of some furniture etc. The pool of the hotel is small for the size of the hotel and sometimes it can be overcrowded. 2) Location - The hotel is in the center of the village and around it there are shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is located in front of the hotel across the street. 3) Staff - Everyone was very polite and helpful. I rate the staff 10 out of 10! 4) Restaurant and Ultra All Inclusive - The restaurant is nice but in rush hour it becomes overcrowded. The food was fresh and delicious. The variety of dishes was OK especially in the beginning of breakfast/lunch/dinner. There were always fresh fruits and vegetables, dishes with and without meat, different kind of sweets etc. However, there is place for improvement. I expected to see more seafood although on lunch/dinner there were always 1-2 dishes with fish/seafood. Also, I expected to be available for breakfast food as pancakes, fresh juices, different kind of yoghurt, cereals (different from some corn flakes) etc. I was surprised that there were no non-alcoholic beverages without sugar such as Coca Cola Light/Zero etc. Also, for me it was strange that the minibar was not recharged (at least the water), although you could ask for bottles of water. In conclusion, if you are looking for a quiet holiday (with kids), Elinotel Sermilia Resort is a good place to stay at.

The worst hotel ever been. Please don’t go there. I was with my family and we arrived late at noon and left right away because the rooms smell terrible , full if live misquitos . The food eas not fresh you csn’t eat there . We left the hotel after 1 hour trying to get our money back cause of the terrible conditions , They lie to you because they give you another image of the condition of hotel but when you go there its totally diffrent and they say that evrywere you go its like this . Shame for these hotel to have 5 star TERRIBLE

If there was a way to rate a hotel with no stars, this is it. Even one star is too much. We arrived at 8 p.m and checked in. We had 2 rooms which didn’t meet our expectations of 2 single beds as we booked. There were live mosquitoes and you can see the stains of them on the wall, showing that other people before us were fighting against. The rooms smelled like toilets. We checked the bar. Awful. We ate cheese and bread and we said this is it. The food was not fresh at all. We asked to meet the manager ( Victoria), but she told us that she could not come. We checked out at 9 p.m. Nothing was like in the pictures. They refused to refund telling us that all the other hotels have mosquitoes. Well that’s not true. We’ve been in other hotels claiming 5 stars and none of the above happened. Do not go there. Awful and terrible

The hotel is super clean and staff is very frendly and it's really ok for families with children. But, this is not 5* hotel, not even 4*... Food is really bad, drinks as well. My kids eated only pasta for 10 days. We had ultra all inclusive deal and still were very limited with choices. The hotel beach should be also much much bettet in my opinion.

The room was clean and big . The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. But the food and drinks were definitely terrible, and everything was diluted with water. The buffet was the same every day, and nothing from traditional Greek cuisine was offered.

This hotel did not know the minimum of behavior with the customers. Every day you encounter problems with the service, with the food, which cannot be called a 5-star hotel. it is done without changing the towels. I would write much longer, but there are endless frustrations.

The worst 5 star hotel from Greece! Small pool without kids pool, worst food, without parking!!! Without enough places to stay evening for a drink and others minuses.. In restaurant not many preparations, without fish and seafood. Without entertaiment!

The worst experience in Greece for 17 years and I payed 6000 euros for 2 weeks. I cry for my money.Poor food , only 2 meat meals , refrigerated , of course.: nuggets , fish fingers , cordon bleu , all at the smaller price from Lidl . You have to be courageous to eat every day such things.. First time in a hotel restaurant was impossible to feed childrens . No kids corner , no breadtoaster , sandwich maker or blender. The same untasty fruits and sweets every day . The lunch is horrible.. The drunk manager explains me that he reports the situation to general manager but he don t want to change menu. Only one kind of pastas with the same souces.You have to pay for stil water . The beach sunbed are very unconfortable because of the age. Here only building is for 5 stars , the menu is for Kantina. I was 4 yerars ion a four in Cronwell Platamonas but the difference is enormous .Avoid this hotel.
