Loved the ability to store my luggage before check in, and use the complimentary shuttle to visit Universal Studios during the day. Received complimentary warm cookies and bottled water at check in! Made the start of my stay at Double Tree great!

Experience was excellent, customer service was amazing. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Had a fridge, 2 burner stove top, and dishwasher. Pool area looked very nice, we didn’t get a chance to check it out on this visit. There is a Starbucks in the parking lot and a few other food establishments. Complimentary breakfast was great. Close to SeaWorld, Aquatica, And Discovery Cove. Other attractions were within 10-15 min drive. We will definitely look at this place for future stays. Wish we found it sooner!

This resort is absolutely amazing from the staff to the amenities. I felt very comfortable here as a first-time solo traveler. I received daily text messages from staff checking in on me which I appreciated so much. I loved it there. Definitely my go to hotel for each time I visit Orlando!

everything is satisfactory. The room condition, room service, and concierge were all without any inconvenience, and it was as expected. If I go to Disney World in Orlando again, I will use it again.

The location was perfect, we were the center of everywhere we needed to be. It's 25 min from the airport. We definitely enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool, good music, food and drinks. Breakfast began at 6:30am but didn't end until 9. Most places stop serving breakfast by 8/8:30 so this was a plus. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Good place to stay. Almost forgot to mention there's a mini store in the lobby area also.

The hotel when we arrived very clean everything except the floor was super dirty, you could tell that it had not been cleaned otherwise super good, the only bad thing that only a few clouds without rain closed the park that is indoors! 😩😩

The price-performance ratio is very high. I can only say that the real thing is much better than the photos. The transportation is convenient and the location is excellent. We can even see the Epcot fireworks from the room we stayed in at night! There were little squirrels at dinner in the evening, what a surprise!

1. Disney's official hotel, worth staying. 2. The hotel has comprehensive service facilities, with its own slide, swimming pool and hot spring, which children will like very much. 3. The room decoration is average, at most four-star, but clean and hygienic. 4. The shuttle bus is powerful and you can enter the park in advance, which is also an advantage. 5. There is a restaurant for Snow White and the Dwarfs in the hotel, which can be reserved through the App.

Loved the view service at front desk were super nice and politely. I liked it so much I had to stay an extra night, even tho I knew my pockets said no but My heart said Yes. It was worth it. You have to experience it yourself and you will see......Thank you all for the wonderful service that made me feel for 2 nights like I was a Millionaire and that was just with good kindness heart. Overall stay was good. Staff was excellent, willing to help, and courteous. Rooms and hallways were okay. Beds were kind of short. Breakfast was okay with normal food served. Yogurt had been frozen along with muffins and etc. Pool was good but not enough lounge chairs for everyone. Hot tub was nice and hot but the jets didn’t work making it more a hot pool. I would definately stay there again. No major issues and great staff.

A hotel where I lived very happily. Outside the villa is a golf course and the scenery is beautiful. The only drawback is that the building next door is being renovated, so it feels a bit dirty! But the price/performance ratio and service are good

There is an iride that takes you to the outlet and eat-out area that is pretty buzzling. there is no requirement to drive. If you love walking, this is really convenient location with supermart within 10 mins walking distance. *Impt: for international travelers *

The safe was broken and we waited 40 minutes for someone to come and look at it They never opened the pool slide. We didn't have the chance to use it in 2 days The bathroom wasn't cleaned the first night. We found the towels on the floor as we left them The breakfast was good Pools ok Breakfast super Good location for restaurants and relative proximity to Disney parks
