Honestly, impressed at how clean it was. I wish the carpets weren’t black though cuz I’m not sure how clean those were. The bed and bathroom which is what matters most were very clean. The staff was friendly and I like that they have a bar on-site. I wish room service was 24/7 though. They only had it for a few hours at night and a few in the morning.

Stayed in this hotel twice already. The room is clean and they have happy hour drinks. The hotel has facilities. The hotel is located in the downtown area. You can walk to many restaurants and it is not far from the park.

The experience was great! Even though we were by the highway it wasn’t so noisy and busy. Loved the jacuzzi!! They was a little mixed up with the self parking but the manager handled it very calm and swiftly for us. Definitely will be booking again.

service was nice. everything was good and it was what you would expect from a hotel. the lobby was freezing, however, and our room carpet was slightly stained, but nothing crazy

The check-in experience was a little unpleasant as we arrive after 12am due to flight delay and the front desk was empty. Thanks to existing guest coming out hence we were able to be let in to sit and wait for the front desk at the lobby. Turns out the person was away on toilet break. Perhaps a sign would had kept us aware. We later found out the front desk was in the toilet from the security. We have a few other people all waiting for check in or for the valet parking.
What has done well obviously is the locked door that only access card can be let in and also the security making rounds. This had certainly boost my confidence of the security of this hotel.
I am also impressed by the cleanliness and space of the hotel room. All in all, happy with my stay even though online booking photos was artist impression.

We only stayed one night after moving our son to UCF. We will stay again though. The room was beautiful and clean, there is garage parking, and we enjoyed some delicious drinks and appetizers at their restaurant.

SSHUQINGThe rooms are clean and comfortable, and the space is not very large, but it is adequate in all aspects. Hot drinks are available in the lobby. The breakfast is the same as the oldest. The meals are a bit quick. The hot water is gone and it is not renewed in time. Overall pretty good

TTree HazardWe were very excited to stay here. Excellent location for concerts, roof top bar, restaurants to walk to. Did not expect tooth paste spatterings on wall in bathroom, or mold in the grout. When I made coffee in the room and added creamer it curdled - must have been quite old. Reported to front desk. They were very concerned and asked what they could to for us - really didn't know what to say or how to ask for compensation. Not what we expected for $300 a night.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel did not have a quilt, because I brought a large suitcase, so I asked for a room on the ground floor. The room was very cold, told the front desk to have a quilt, and the sheets were still given. Will not stay in the hotel again.
