Mi Casa Hotel

Stayed: July 31 – August 2 Guests: 2 adults, 2 kids Room: Double bed, 3rd floor We stayed for two nights in a double room on the third floor. The room was ready on arrival which was good, specially when our flight was delayed pass midnight and included a microwave and mini fridge, which made it easy to store drinks and snacks. The size worked well for a family of four. The bathroom was ok and functional, but the lack of decoration made it feel average and blend. Signs of age were there, but everything worked as it should. Overall, the hotel’s upkeep was good, and I didn’t notice major wear or damage in the building. Check-in after hours was slower because of a technical issue with the deposit. The front desk didn’t go over amenities, breakfast hours, or even mention the elevator, so we carried luggage up three flights that first night. Breakfast was the main reason I booked here. however repeated and consistent: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereal, juice, milk, and rotating bread options daily. While it was enough to start the day, the 630am to 9 am closing time felt too early, especially on vacation. Longer hours or a small late-morning option would make it much better. The breakfast area was small, self self with paper cups and plates, and coffee was limited to light roast or decaf. The location of hotel is ok just outside of main area. You’re close to Walmart for quick pickups, near SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Disney Springs within 15-20min, and just off I-4 for easy access to other parks and the airport. Check-out was quick and easy. For a short stay or stopover, this hotel may workout, especially for its location and value. For longer trips, more comfort and flexible breakfast service would make a big difference.

Never stay at this hotel. There are serious security issues. Unknown things are happening at night. The hotel doesn't report the situation to the police and, moreover, it refuses to fulfill any responsibility. The cleanliness is appalling. Bedbugs are everywhere. Bedbugs bite you while you sleep, and your entire stay is plagued with illness. The intercoms in the rooms never work. There aren't enough towels, and despite being told, they never come. The reception staff don't care if the world burns. The smell of banned substances can be smelled in the hotel corridors every night. In short, this is a place you should never go to.

Nice location in relation to the parks. A little dated, but service was good, and it was clean. Great place to lay out heads on those long park days.

Just do not stay here unless you want to waste your money . Share you room with cockroaches , your list your breakfast , your microwave and toilets . All witnessed . Hangout with loud music by the pool till early hours in a drug hazed environment . ******* In the car parks , the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in and staff that could not give a toss . I wish I never booked for 11 nights I lasted 2 nights it was like a bush ticker trial . I lost all the money as they do not do refunds . This place is working marketed they should be ashamed of themselves A few pics of dead cockroaches in the carpet .

the hotel was awful, the carpet was dirty, and you felt itchy when sleeping in the bed, sheet is not really clean. was staying there for 1 night, and we decided to extend 1 more nigjt because we came back from universal very late, in the morning inasked the front to make clean the room during the extension room, and she said okay.. but after come back from universal in very late night, room still the same as morning we left, i asked to the receptionis and she said, cleaning is once in 3 days, what kind of hotel it is will not recomend ppl to stay here, is budget hotel yes. but infound many a way better this is not managed very well
