Guests are expected to clean and empty the ash from the grill before departing from the property. Please do not leave children unattended around grill and flames must be extinguished before charcoal/ash is disposed! Cleaning Services available during your stay - inquire for more detail! PET FRIENDLY - Pets must be approved and a $50 Pet Fee (per pet, plus tax) required after booking. Pets must be picked up after! PLEASE Supervise children and pets at all times! Property is unfenced, and lies against a natural forest - do not go exploring beyond the property lines! Owner has private items stored on backside of property - please do not approach.
