Very friendly staff. If something doesn't work (in our house was coffee machine and hairdryer), the housemaster immediately came and replaced the device or repaired it. The only critical point is the parking chaos - there are too few parking spaces available. The hotel's own restaurant is not recommended (all you can eat buffet) - too loud and hectic. Better visit one of the surrounding restaurants at the port (reserve!).
