The boss's service attitude is very poor. Good location, difficult to get into if you don't have a phone. They need to make a pdf file with clear instructions on how to get in. The mattress is not great. There is no heating in the bathroom so it is very cold in winter. Also no heating in the room except an air conditioner which is too noisy to use at night. The divet is also not suitable in winter, and no sheets were provided for the sleep sofa. nowhere to hang clothes or towels in bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hilton. Dubrovnik. Location great very near the Pila gate, to enter the old town. The room was big, clean and added bonus it has a balcony to chill out. Breakfast was lavish and served on the terrace which was bright and lovely trees surrounding it. Fantastic staff too. Great indoor pool and sauna and steam room.
