It goods exprience to be stay in gem park i was my 1st time to visit to ooty enjoyed alot fooding also good, behaviour of staff was also good,children enjoyed alot.Thank you for helping us making life time memories...Just didn't got perfect south indian food please try to give fooding suggestions to tourists just like for places you do...

We stayed in Gem park for 2 days it was really a nice place to stay with all luxuries n amenities.Rooms are very comfortable with good interiors.Staff is also very polite n cooperative.Location is also good not so far from centre. Overall we had a good experience

The place is so beautiful in itself that you wanna stay here forever Staff is so so nice so dedicated that even in our fasting they provided separate breakfast uncharged. Loved the way people treat us here and loved the way they do their work ❤️

Hospitality was too good. It was a very good experience to stay in your gempark hotel .I am too impressed with these absolute arrangements for guest so and we all have enjoyed a lot , Internet facility also has made the thing easier and we could visit again if possible. Thanks Dr.Asifa Ishrat

It is a lovely place to stay, stunning views, tasty breakfast with a lovely view of Ooty, rooms were good and spacious, staff was really helpful in the restaurant, Angel ma’am at the reception made us feel really comfortable, we were greeted by hot lemon tea whenever we came back from sightseeing, thank you for making it memorable

Nested in the hills of ooty, the Gem Park offers amazing service, and spectacular rooms and view. very accommodating staff. very relaxing vacation, great food. jain food was also available with ease. It provides guest with a serene escape
