Easy and quick check in. Room is clean and fresh. Breakfast was superb!! Will definitely com8ng back if we are in the area again.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was updated and clean. The pool area was well maintained. Plenty of dining options clise by. Short drive to downtown La Crosse. Would definitely stay here again.

Listed online as pool and hot tub and the hot tub had been removed months in advance of our stay. So it was sad to not have what we were looking for in our stay... honeatly would have booked elsewhere to have a hot tub.
The rest of the stay was good, average to slightly above.

Every time we walked into the room, we could smell old cigarette smoke. Also there was no milk offered at breakfast but we’ve run into no milk before for continental breakfast at other places.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The only thing we found as a problem, was we called the hotel directly to book a room and save you guys money, asked for a room for the weekend and were told all booked. But when we went online to expedia.com, we were able to book a room right away.

It really is a great hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, give this one a try. My only complaint is that they told me upon check in that they don't normally take locals or any residents living within a 40 mile radius which I found odd. Was told that it's company policy. I live just one town over and needed a room for one night. I was told that they would let it slide since I had already paid and it's only for one night. Strange. Other than that, it's a great hotel.
