It's next to the highway, and the office is higher up so you have to drive up to check in. When you check in and get the key, you can see the friendly horses. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom, which is generally sufficient.

Gem of a place for a good price! The couple that runs the place are friendly and efficient. It has everything you need. Shower has good power and it has enough privacy (it’s closed off from anyone else by multiple curtains, in case you’re worried about an earlier review. I felt like visiting my grandparents on the countryside. Very homesie. Good wifi.

It's still a few kilometers away from Omarama. There's no village or shop in front of it. You have to drive there from where you live and have an office, separated by a pasture. Close to Highway 8, very noisy. There was basically no cell phone signal, and the store’s Wi-Fi didn’t work well. The advantage is that there is a large outdoor area, you can also use water pipes to flush the car, and it is also convenient for cooking.

Our room was in the kitchen/dining area. We were disturbed a couple of times by people just wandering in.
The smell from cooking was not Nice at all.
Latecomers didn’t realize that we were sleeping there so there were loud talking.
I Think the room should be closed or very clearly marked as a guestroom, to avoid people walking in.
