The hotel location is amazing but the service is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. I’ll share my story with you: They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting. I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think. So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice. So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday. I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”. Absolutely worst service experience ever.

The hotel has a spectacular view of Oludeniz cause it is actually on hillside. It is good gym exercises to go up and down by foot everyday. The transportation service is highly recommended if you would like to go and back between the beach or Hisaronu and the hotel. There is a taxi station right next to the hotel which is convenient. The bellboy and restaurant staff demonstrate their professionalism in the hotel. The breakfast included in the room rate is good. I thought the view and the hotel swimming pool are their selling points.

The hotel rooms are quite satisfactory. The highlight is that they have a balcony with a nice view of the sea. The hotel is on a mountain 10 minutes' drive from the seaside. It is recommended for self-driving tourists otherwise it will be inconvenient to climb the mountain. The dining options are relatively limited, and it would be a bit monotonous to eat here three meals a day.

We stayed for two nights, the first night in the building where the front desk is located. The second night was temporarily added by us. Our family prefers a room in the second arrondissement for the second night. If you are going paragliding and island hopping, the location of this hotel is the best, and the beach is right outside. The food is ok, but the drinks are not. But we only like to drink tea and water. Beer is also free. When you check in, the front desk will bring you a bracelet. With this bracelet, you can eat and drink as you like in the hotel. The watermelon fruit is quite delicious. I think it is quite convenient and saves you from having to look for food. Anyway, I feel that I don't like Turkish food very much. Island hopping is quite tiring, so I just wear a swimsuit and walk for a few minutes to the hotel to rest, which saves a lot of energy. A walk on the beach after dinner is also nice. We are three meals a day, about 3,000 RMB per night.
