I’m deeply disappointed with my stay at Turquoise, not only due to the injury my child sustained but also because of the hotel's complete lack of accountability or willingness to resolve the situation. While staying at the hotel, my 7-year-old son was sleeping in a bed that, unbeknownst to us, had a bed base that was too small for the mattress. In the middle of the night, my son turned over in his sleep, causing the mattress to tip off the bed base. He fell and hit his head, cutting it open badly enough that we had to rush him to the hospital. The injury required medical attention and left us with a bill of £500 for the emergency treatment! When we reached out to the hotel about the incident, hoping they would take responsibility or at least cover the medical costs, they were completely unhelpful. Instead of offering any form of assistance, they dismissed the matter saying it was the child's fault despite video and photo evidence to the contrary. They have essentially ignored the issue and left us with the financial and emotional burden of a preventable accident. It’s incredibly frustrating and concerning that a hotel would overlook such a basic safety issue, especially when children are involved. Not only did we pay for a stay that caused harm to my child, but we’ve also been left dealing with the aftermath as he was unable to get his head wet - no pool or sea for 2 days.

We had such a brilliant time at this hotel! The entertainment team, especially Messy, were absolutely fabulous – always full of energy and getting everyone involved in the daily activities. They really made the holiday extra special and fun for the whole family. A huge thank you to Murat, the bar manager – he was so lovely and always went out of his way to help. Nothing was too much trouble for him; he even helped take my daughter’s hair out one evening which was so kind and thoughtful! I also highly recommend visiting the spa. Adem, the spa manager, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The treatments were amazing – definitely a 10/10 experience. I left feeling relaxed and completely pampered. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff across the board were helpful and polite, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We felt really looked after from start to finish. If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly place with great service and a touch of luxury in the spa – this is the one. I would definitely come back here !!!

We had a week here. The hotel is lovely, the cleaners are amazing and work so hard. Our room was always spotless. The staff are all polite and friendly. Loved the pool area. The food was fine with plenty of choice for everyone but all I would say is sometimes it could do with being hotter and also maybe add some English items to the breakfast. My hubby needs his English breakfast so we only are breakfast there one day. The hotel is situated in a good location where it's only a short walk to the shops and bars and maybe a 15 minute walk to the seafront. Would definitely go back.

The hotel we stayed in was Turquoise hotel in Turkey. It was about 10 minute from the beach and 5 minutes from the main shops. One thing we would highly recommend in the hotel is the Thai massages as the worker was amazing, the main person who sold it to us was called Adam. Also the lady's that gave us the massage was world class. It worked out 8500 lira which is about £150 for all 3 of us for an hour but you would pay more in the UK for this. Alltogether the people are nice, food is lovely. We would 100% go again.

We are here at the moment. First time to Turkey just me and my little boy - was very nervous at first but this has been our absolute favourite holiday ever. The pool is fantastic - very clean and a good size. Have to get up at 630-7am to reserve a sunbed right next to the pool which i need as I need to be able to see my son on the pool as he spends all day in there The first say we woke up too late and had to go on the grass area - which to me is a nicer area where the sunbeds aren't as cramped together but unfortunately I need to be right at the pool. The staff are amazing, everyone is so helpful and friendly. The pancakes at breakfast are delicious. The cheese Pittas are lovely at lunch. We ate out most nights as me and my son are very fussy. My son enjoyed the burger at the burger bar but I tried a pizza and it wasn't very nice. I requested a low floor, pool view and thats exactly what we got. Room 513 is a fantastic room Lots of space, very modern and absolutely spotless. The shop on site is great too, reasonable prices and friendly staff. On arrival we were given sandwiches and the lovely man at reception took our cases to the room for us then realising id forgotten the sandwiches, he brought them to us. Amazing staff. Would definitely return to this hotel.
