Résidence Néméa les Grands Rochers

Stayed in B26 for what was meant to be for 7 nights, but had to be 6, as the public transport locally is pretty nonexistent and we simply couldn't get back to La Rochelle Airport in time for our early morning flight back to Dublin, so had to check out early and stay in a hotel near the airport to make it. The locality is better suited a car user, as there is nothing onsite or in the area really. The nearest supermarket and petrol station is about a 60 minutes walk away via the canal and wetlands footpath. There is nothing in the village center, the nearest town was a 90 mins walk away via the canal footpath. As for the site itself, there isn't much available for tourists to be honest. Broken gym equipment, no shop, no entertainment, etc. Accommodation is cheap and cheerful, but they really need a better housekeeper and cleaner, as there was dust, cobwebs everywhere. I had to clean the place myself! In a nutshell, ok for a cheap out of season stay, but you need a car to get around. Even the beach was a 90 mins walk away. We didn't have a car, so struggled and the weather was terrible during our stay. Never again!

We found that this was an absolutely Fantastic Place to be based. I couldn't fault the complex (You will be aware before travelling that there is no shop or bar onsite). Staff are the best ever (especially Ben), so helpful and have a perfect understanding of English!! It was very quiet in June, which suited our needs and you would really need a car or bike to explore the area further. The accommodation, whilst not modern, is fine and very clean, it has everything you would need in my opinion.

Nécessite un gros rafraichissement, ampoules HS, sauna HS, piscine veillotte, tringles à rideaux fixés avec des bouts de planches de récup, etc... TV, Internet, draps serviettes en options, c'est mesquin au regard du prix payé, vaut mieux choisir l'hôtel. (130€ par jour en novembre)

Manque de propreté et d entretien des logements equipement ,peintures des murs .. vieille moquette à l étage pas très hygiénique je trouve . Manques d espace jeux pour les enfants , l accueil reste très bien et chaleureux et le cadre dans la nature est parfait pour faire pleins de belle ballade à vélo ou à pieds .

Benoît et son équipe font un travail formidable. Leur amabilité et leur accueil sont remarquables. La résidence est bien tenue, les logements sont confortables. La structure en bungalows préserve l'intimité du séjour. Les alentours (forêt, mer, marais...) sont un régal pour la promenade.

Horrible… N'a pas aimé · Établissement à fuir!!!! J’ai passé une réservation du 6 au 11 septembre 2024. Nous qui croyez passer des vacances agréable n’étais pas du tout le cas! Le logement était vraiment pas propres degueulasse Une bête a été trouvée dans la baignoire On a tout de suite voulu partir, sachant qu’on avait un bébé de neuf mois L’établissement voulait nous offrir un autre logement. Nous la réponse était claire, on voulait se faire rembourser et partir car ce n’était pas du tout ce qu’on attendait. Alors ils m’ont dit qu’ils allaient nous rembourser, sauf que un mois et demi après toujours rien, et ils veulent plus coopérer avec Booking
