3HB Clube Humbria - All Inclusive

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was spotless throughout, and the service was exceptional. The staff at the bar, gallery, reception, housekeeping, and entertainment team were all friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was fantastic, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s tastes. The pool area was perfect, and our boys (aged 15, 14, 12, and 10) had a blast on the water slides, spending hours having fun. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel, kept amazingly clean, with friendly staff and perfect for families with young children. The food selection was impressive, offering a great variety of options. The quality was very good, and there were a wide range of options for vegetarians, vegans and children. The staff would also be happy to provide soy milk on request, which was ideal for us. The dishes were always kept full and regularly replenished, and the staff were always friendly when greeting you at the door. They always paid attention to our daughter's princess dress. The hotel consistently maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the day and evening, always cleaning tables and removing plates of food. Empty glasses were promptly collected if left around, and the pool quality was checked daily. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always eager to engage with guests. They made us feel welcome and encouraged people to join in with daily activities. The children's disco was perfect for young children; however, it could have lasted for 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes. The entertainment for adults was fun and engaging, and there was something different each evening. Check-in was from 4pm and we arrived at 1pm. The reception let us leave our case in a safe place and called my mobile once the room was ready at 2:30pm which was a nice touch. It was unfortunate that on our last day, a large group arrived who were playing loud music through a speaker and vaping around the pool. The noise and smell are not considerate of families with young children, and the pool attendant didn't pay much attention to this. Quite often you would see him napping. Another small improvement is the room quality. Our room looked a little dated in terms of paint and design, and there wasn't any cutlery, washing-up liquid or sponges available, which we needed with having an 8-month-old. There were only two mugs which, for a room of 4, wasn't enough. The room was comfortable and quiet but more of a 3-star than a 4-star rating due to its aesthetic and lack of amenities. Overall though, an excellent and recommended stay and a hotel we'll be returning to next year.

A amazing hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle. A really quiet place to stay and unwind and yet easy to get to places. The staff were amazing and did everything to make our stay perfect. My wife is vegan and once the staff knew they took the time to make sure that she was looked after. The rooms were spacious and well kept. Would return here again.

This hotel is absolutely brilliant the rooms are huge and spotless. The food is really really good and that comes from someone that is very fussy. My only complaint is that in the inside bar you only get plastic glasses I cannot understand why this is the case. The bar staff say it’s because there is children in the area, but unless they are climbing over or dancing on the tables I cannot see the logic in this arrangement. I have never been to a hotel that as ADULTS you have to use plastic glasses on a evening in the inside bar

Just back from a wonderful stay at 3HB Clube Humbria as family of 6 - 5 adults and 1 child aged 7. First time at this hotel and I can honestly say it’s a fantastic hotel and would highly recommend. The staff are amazing from the moment you check in and they are helpful and welcoming at all times. Apartments are roomy , clean and great air conditioning . Food is great - always plenty to choose from . Pool areas are lovely - one area with slides for under 17s which our 7 year old enjoyed , main pool area is lovely with lots going on in the day - waterpolo , aqua gym and magic carpet . Animation team are excellent- great with the kids (and adults 😂) and they work hard all day and night with some great evening entertainment too. Yes as other reviews mention,pool can be cold when first get in , but that is to be expected and is a welcoming relief when it’s so hot . And yes like nearly every other hotel have ever stayed at you do need to reserve a sunbed if want a certain spot near the pool - 7.30 am ish . But there’s always sunbeds free even late morning /early afternoon if don’t mind where you are Good location - 10 mins walk to beach , 15 mins in uber to both Vilamoura and Albufeira old town . Great places to visit and we did both . We also went to Zoomarine which we loved ! Overall a fantastic stay at this hotel . We had a wonderful family holiday - thank you to all the staff at the hotel and the animation team for making it such a great experience

Just back from a week at Humbria and it was fantastic. After trying a similar hotel last year which was way out of budget this year we decided to try 3HB and were not disappointed. Loved the apartment style layout rather than a family sharing one room. Place was very clean and towels changed daily by maids. Never a fight for sun loungers and the entertainment by the pool was great for kids! We also enjoyed the night entertainment more than we did at last years rival hotel - more variety and kids could have a boogy. The food was second to none for buffet style - always prepared fresh and piping hot. Lots of variety and can't say I tried anything and was disappointed the whole week. The snack bar also was very handy and a lot like fast food style for when kids got peckish by the pool/during night entertainment. We also really enjoyed the splash park - water wasn't too deep and could easily relax whilst watching kids from a far. We will definitely be back for another visit in the future.
