Overall, this is an excellent hotel, kept amazingly clean, with friendly staff and perfect for families with young children. The food selection was impressive, offering a great variety of options. The quality was very good, and there were a wide range of options for vegetarians, vegans and children. The staff would also be happy to provide soy milk on request, which was ideal for us. The dishes were always kept full and regularly replenished, and the staff were always friendly when greeting you at the door. They always paid attention to our daughter's princess dress. The hotel consistently maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the day and evening, always cleaning tables and removing plates of food. Empty glasses were promptly collected if left around, and the pool quality was checked daily. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always eager to engage with guests. They made us feel welcome and encouraged people to join in with daily activities. The children's disco was perfect for young children; however, it could have lasted for 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes. The entertainment for adults was fun and engaging, and there was something different each evening. Check-in was from 4pm and we arrived at 1pm. The reception let us leave our case in a safe place and called my mobile once the room was ready at 2:30pm which was a nice touch. It was unfortunate that on our last day, a large group arrived who were playing loud music through a speaker and vaping around the pool. The noise and smell are not considerate of families with young children, and the pool attendant didn't pay much attention to this. Quite often you would see him napping. Another small improvement is the room quality. Our room looked a little dated in terms of paint and design, and there wasn't any cutlery, washing-up liquid or sponges available, which we needed with having an 8-month-old. There were only two mugs which, for a room of 4, wasn't enough. The room was comfortable and quiet but more of a 3-star than a 4-star rating due to its aesthetic and lack of amenities. Overall though, an excellent and recommended stay and a hotel we'll be returning to next year.

Second visit in a year, can't fault it,staff friendly and courteous, very clean and tidy throughout, rooms spacious,cleaned daily, food amazing with a variety of colours and flavours, plenty of drinks on offer,pool towels are there for use also,

This hotel is absolutely brilliant the rooms are huge and spotless. The food is really really good and that comes from someone that is very fussy. My only complaint is that in the inside bar you only get plastic glasses I cannot understand why this is the case. The bar staff say it’s because there is children in the area, but unless they are climbing over or dancing on the tables I cannot see the logic in this arrangement. I have never been to a hotel that as ADULTS you have to use plastic glasses on a evening in the inside bar

First time here & wow what a special Hotel this is. Warm welcome on arrival, rooms are spotlessly clean and food & drinks are amazing - plenty of choice. Staff are polite, friendly & helpful with evening entertainment very good having something for everyone. Pool area having plenty of beds with shaded areas if required no wonder it's a hit for families (waterpark for youngsters) - if you haven't been yet stop scrolling & book !!

We visited for a week in April. 2 adults and 11 & 8 year old. Absolutely fantastic hotel. If I had to pick a fault it would be that the restaurant could be bigger as it can feel packed on an evening. However, we were there at half term so it was always going to be busy. The hotel and its grounds are absolutely spotless. The staff in the restaurant are brilliant, as is the food. They’ve found a perfect blend of variety (theme nights) every evening whilst also providing the usual chips & pasta for the less adventurous. Drinks are brilliant. Super Bock lager and the spirits are the genuine brands. The rooms are massive. They are like mini apartments, and they have everything you need if you want to cater for yourself. We have been to Albufeira 3 times recently and we didn’t think you could top Hotel Jupiter, but Clube Humbria beats it for me. We have visited the canaries and Balearics numerous times over the years, but Portugal easily beats them all. Krystal and her staff are a credit to the hotel. We will definitely return

We have just returned from a week away with our 6 and 3yo children. It was their first all inclusive and we had such a brilliant time. The hotel definitely lives up to its amazing reviews. The apartment and hotel are immaculate throughout, excellent food and drinks, great snack bar, friendly service, beach towels provided. We couldn’t fault our stay at all. It is also super easy to get around by Uber if you fancy going out and about, with a few shops and a beach within walking distance. Highly recommend!
