All together its located on nice places, services are good, quite peaceful area.

Fazem 30 anos que frequento hoteis e apart-hoteis pelo mundo. E essa foi a experiência mais bizarra que já tive. Gostaria de entender qual é o propósito da "gerência" em tocar o hotel como estão a fazer (será que pretendem quebrar o negócio para comprá-lo?). A estrutura física do hotel é Ok, mas está tudo abandonado e destruído. TUDO. Todo o tipo de sujeiras e pragas em todas as áreas comuns e nos apartamentos. Consumo e venda de drogas ilícitas em áreas comuns do hotel. Gente de índole muito duvidosa a andar pelo hotel. Piscinas imundas ou desativadas. Pequeno-almoço sujo, velho, mal servido. Elevadores funcionam "quando querem". Tubulações de esgoto entupidas. Mal iluminado e claramente inseguro. Recepcionistas perdidos nas reservas. Roupas de cama/toalhas/etc. poucas, sujas e rotas. Enfim, uma experiência terrível a não repetir.

A lie. This place is not worth a single star. Cockroaches in the rooms, falling ceilings, ripped sofas, dirty sheets, used pillows, we even had to ask the reception for new towels. The room smelled unbearably of tobacco. The worst of everything. Don't be fooled by the photos they post.

Just arrived home from a 3 night, 4 day stay here with a few family members for our daughters 21st birthday. We had a fab time. The hotel is in need of updating it is a bit run down, but our rooms were big in size and very clean. It depends on what you are looking for. It's a cheap and cheerful hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful. The staff at the pool bar were very friendly and the food was delicious. The supermarket is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and the restaurants. It's a short ride I a taxi to the hustle and bustle. Thank you for our stay

Firstly, I have no idea why love holidays is advertising this hotel as a 4 star ? If i could give 0 stars i would. Aside the location ( which of course is the work of nature) there is nothing positive to say. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, disappointingly, the quality of this hotel has plummeted. Hot water, cold water, no water, who knows? Everyday was different. Cleaning was done everyday, however, cleaning with a dirty cloth kind of defeats the purpose. Stealing free bees from the hotel? Don't worry, you will not be tempted to even use the smallest soap in history ( that kept falling down the sink), the shower gel packets, that smell like toilet cleaner, and the towels that serve as exfoliators and have definitely never been fabric conditioned. The apartment was spacious, but be warned, there is no air conditioning looks like there used to be at some stage, but WW2 must have interrupted things, the air con controls were dead. There was 1 rickety old fan, so your choices are sleep in sweltering heat with the fan noise going all night or leave the doors and windows open and get bitten. The WiFi was free.....but seeing as you could never connect to it, completely useless! The reception area was a mess, couches were ripped, rubbish wasn't discarded days in a row, there were often people lying on the couches giving a homeless shelter vibe. There are 2 pools. The kids pool was closed off. The sun loungers were disgustingly dirty and many were broken, I don't think anyone has ever cleaned them (or maybe it was the cleaning lady with the dirty cloth ?) At times, this hotel felt quite unsafe. There appeared to be 0 security or grounds staff, and it looked like anyone could just wonder in. A few days into our family holiday at 10 in the morning we were greated by a group of lads doing balloons by the pool and getting into the pool with their clothes on, disgustingly unhygienic. Do not bring your family here, do not waste your hard earned money.

The rooms weren’t too bad, expected worse. However for the five days we were there not once did we get a towel change, we asked the cleaners and reception, they were no help. No ac and the rooms could do with a bit of maintenance. We didn’t expect luxury for the price but staff were no help.

We book this through a travel website and not not checked the review, big mistake. Airconditioning in room has not worked in years, after 3 nights we were given a portable air conditioning unit, which on account of noise had to turn off at night. No food on offer except breakfast. Breakfast was ok 5 out of 7 days. Other days cold. Scrambled eggs could not be eaten as too hard. Selection was small. No choclate spread for children pancakes, and one morning pancakes were hard. We had not hot water for 3 days, on second day we were offered the use of a shower in another room. Not ideal. Picture that are up on the website must be of 10 years ago at least. Place is really run down now. No fire doors are kept closed. On a good note pools seem good, area around them could do with a clean. Also close to beach. Not a great hotel overall for family with young kids. Overall 2 star experience

This place isn’t fit for purpose.Should be closed down. No security there. Doors to the balconies have no lock. Entrance door to your apartment is not secure. Mattresses are absolutely filthy as are the pillows ,they don’t fit the beds. This place is falling apart.

4 of us were meant to stay here for 6 nights. We arrived and the lady at the front desk scribbled out a €100 deposit each to €200 each. We complained and told her we’d leave and she started apologising and said it was only a joke. Do not stay here!!!

First night here, big issue no air conditioner in room, they have two big fans left in room before arrival, asked at reception, told look into it.this ment leaving window open at night and greater traffic noise. Over all hotel need a good clean, little cleaning staff or maintenance staff on site. lobby, lift, bar, pool area, tennis area etc, dont look or feel clean and some maintenance work required. . Apartment a good size. Not have had breakfast yet, pool bar is open all day I think, big bar does not open until 8 and closes at 10, no food on offer in last night) , and unless bar pick up at weekend will be a ghost town again. Location seems ok, close to beach, old town 4 euro in uber, bus stop just outside hotel. To me on paper a 4 star hotel as has pools (pool appear ok) gym, tenis court (poor repair), bar etc (not open most of time and no food) but in reality a 2 star. This hotel is not busy for a reason.

Absolutely disgusting place no hair dryer in the room no iron I asked them for 2 days they told me there was only 2 in the whole building and they was already lent out landings/lobby's had fag butts on the rooms where discusting windows filthy I mean I'm a pretty clean person and can be pretty fussy but I would of tolerated it but it just got worse so in the end we left and got a new hotel which was more money but yeah this was on another level this needs to be took of love holidays immediately it's all false advising you get WiFi for one day which is a minor that's not really a big deal seems as your on holiday but it needs to be stated.... To me the picture I get of the place is them simply you guys left the S out of the name as it's clearly a HOSTEL not HOTEL full of young kids it's basically a hostel full of homeless people even a couple of taxi drivers agreed when we told them what does that say
