Localização tranquila próxima da praia de Santa Eulália, Falésia e da Oura. Com transfer privado entre os diversos Hotéis do Grupo Muthu. A piscina é ótima, limpa e bem organizada, o espaço bem decorado, com muitas flores. O apartamento muito espaçoso, amplo, com a cozinha bem equipada e com tudo o necessário para a preparação das refeições. Limpeza diária com troca de toalhas. WC com secador de cabelo e gel de banho, apenas. Não esperem outros produtos de higiene pessoal porque não existem. O regime de tudo incluído só está disponível nos outros hotéis, sendo que neste alojamento só nos é servido o pequeno almoço no bar da piscina. Para usufruir das restantes refeições e bebidas, temos de nos deslocar para o Clube Praia da Oura ou o Hotel Forte da Oura. Apesar desse inconveniente, recomendo em absoluto esta estadia.

I just got back from here and had a great time. As I landed quite late at the hotel and was very tired, so I didn’t really get a proper look at it until the following day. All of The receptionists and staff were great! And very helpful. The hotel is part of the MGM Mutha group who are absolutely everywhere in Albufeira, but don’t let that put you off, because this one is Very quite in comparison. It’s spotlessly clean and tidy , everything is in good repair and the gardens are immaculate. I was not asked to pay a deposit as others have mentioned, but I was single occupancy so that doesn’t mean it’s not the case. It’s only 15 mins walk to the Aldi and 5 mins more to the bars and restaurants. Probably €8 in an Uber down to the Old town. The room that I had was perfect , and easily big enough for another 3 people, with a good kitchenette, Tv and air con. Plus a nice patio area with tables and chairs for eating or having a drink. I would definitely stay again Darren Room 21

I love that each room has a kitchenette and sitting area. I think each room has a balcony too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and decently equipped. Would revisit.

After reading a few negative reviews, I was a bit worried about what to expect from this hotel, but was not disappointed. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and such a lovely peaceful place. All the staff very very friendly, and we had a few late nights back to our apartment and were let in the gate without any complaints from the staff. I would definitely book this hotel again.

After reading the reviews I was a bit concerned about where I had booked. I brought my own towels and pillow cases with me after reading the reviews because of the charges for make up on the towels etc. I just want to say that all the staff were so friendly and helpful, it was quiet but just what a wanted. The apartment although basic was lovely and clean and a good size. I loved the patio area and convenience of AldiI would definitely go again to this lovely tranquil place

This is an honest appraisal of this hotel. The 300€ deposit is totally unnecessary,. I was here with my 20 year old daughter for a relaxing break. Everything in the apartment from the cutlery to the beds and outdoor table and chairs were the absolute cheapest of the cheap. The gardens and pool area were kept immaculately clean but there didn’t seem to be any “good vibes” round the pool area. The staff felt quite cold and didn’t go out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was a wee bit out of the way but Ubers were cheap and efficient. Would I go back? No. Would I recommend? Unfortunately, no.

Not my first time in Albufeira but my first time at this hotel and have to admit originally we only booked this hotel as it was arranged last minute and this was the only hotel in our price range. However we had heard about the €300 deposit and read the bad reviews and we were a bit anxious about our stay. We shouldn't have bothered stressing. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from start to finish. There was music round the pool. There was inflatables and there was ppl jumping in and nobody raised an eyebrow despite some reviews saying otherwise. It's a small and friendly so a little more relaxed but they still let ppl enjoy there holiday. The gate does get locked on a night but they are straight out to open it and welcome you back. And the place is very very tidy. Because of the deposit situation we did take our own pillow cases and towels however just to be safe. Knocking one mark off purely because you are slightly anxious over the deposit situation throughout the holiday and the showers leave a lot to be desired but apart from tht we were very happy with our stay.

Hi stayed here for 6 nights from Saturday 31st until 6th September, I must admit I was very sceptical about going after reading the reviews but believe me I needn’t have bothered , from the moment we arrived we enjoyed every minute, Room was clean and yes we did take our own sheets etc but when it came to getting deposits back it was no problem at all , Would I stay there again yes definitely all I say is don’t be put off by all the reviews obviously some are probably justified but that does unfortunately happen
