Please read the review from Michael H from 2021 as I experienced the exact same shady treatment regarding my 1-nt reservation. There is no online reservation . You must call. Ms. V would not provide email confirmation despite my repeated requests via texts to her. Her excuse is "we're a simple establishment with simple reservation system ". What a crock, What hospitality establishment doesn't email confirmation?! Finally received it via text. When I had to cxl due to change in travel plans, Ms V verbally offered "credit" for the 1-nt stay. Again I requested to have the credit in writing. She already had my email address as i texted it to her several times for the initial reservation. I felt scammed when her replies to my texts were "family emergency " or "get back to you, large group checking in ". Then she had audacity to charge my credit card moments after i texted demanding the 1-nt credit confirmation in writing, or else i will contact my credit card!!! She went dark. Calls went to voicemail. So i called my credit card , disputed the charge, filed fraud, and said i have text evidence from Ms V that she was evasive and would not provide any confirmation of a reservation or 1-nt credit. I would caution before booking . Be forewarned
