This hotel is not like i. Turkey but whole tourists are Russian and so receptionist and staff does not know english. There are no air conditioning working outside on reception and lobby. Also poor cleaning services and poor food not much to choose from for a 5 star hotel. We came 5 in morning so tired and waited one hour for them to find appropriate room because i was refusing a room without balcony as i have paid for a room with balcony. Also staff not very helping and rude I must have contacted my provider and told them my complains. Otherwise pool and beach perfect

We stayed at this hotel expecting the level of quality and service that should come with a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, what we experienced was far from acceptable. First and foremost, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were appalling. The bathroom had mold between the tiles, the bidet was leaking, and the toilet was visibly unclean. Shockingly, there were dried blood stains on the edge of the armchair, which had clearly not been cleaned. The countertops were dirty and sticky, and the carpet was stained and filthy. Things only got worse from there: the beds were torn, the curtain hems were ripped, and the lampshades were moldy and covered in thick dust. The lamp stands were rusted, making the room feel neglected and unhygienic. Additionally, the refrigerator was completely uncleaned, and the rubber seals were cracked and damaged — a serious hygiene concern in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5 stars. This property does not meet even basic cleanliness standards, much less luxury ones. It was a deeply disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The workers were really nice. Everyone was helpful and understanding, made jokes. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues immediately.

Location: the hotel is on the bank of the Meditteranian sea. Private beach. Always lots of spare sunbeds, not crowded. Beautiful sunsets!!! The staff: welcoming, supportive and helpful. Especially thank you to Nargis - you made my holiday perfect ❤️ Food: fruits, vegetables, meat various kinds and lots of Turkish delights, such as baklava and other sweets in the main restaurant. There is a snack bar, a pizza corner (best wishes to that girl!!) and gozleme corner where traditional food is prepared. Ice cream by the pool, really good by the way! Drinks: lots of compliments to the lobby bar team!! They make wonderful coctails! And Turkish coffee - it is a must! Activities: aqua aerobics, yoga, pilates, shooting, table tennis, chess (huge ones, in the garden) and lits more! Water slides for adults and children! Animation for children 9 pm and for adults 10 pm every afternoon different program. Recommended!! I am having a relaxing holiday. Thank you to Nargis and her team - you are great!! Recommend this hotel!

Our family had great holiday in this hotel. Big thanks for Kadir, bar manager. Amazing young man, very helpful and always smiling.Greetings from Lithuania :) Pool foam party was amazing! Every evening different programs in amphitheatre. Food-not too much to choose, but we weren't hungry :) Languages - Turkish, Russian and little bit of English :)

I had a great time at Perre Delta Resort & Spa. The location is beautiful and very peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach, which is clean and not too crowded. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, and the food was varied and tasty every day. What stood out the most was the hospitality – the staff made us feel very welcome. A special thanks to Mustafa, who was always smiling and ready to help. His kindness really made a difference in our stay. Overall, a wonderful place to unwind. Highly recommended!

Staying at Perre Delta Resort & Spa was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, with comfortable rooms and plenty of delicious food. The pool and beach areas were well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. The staff was kind and professional, but I especially want to mention Mustafa, who was extremely friendly and always ready to help – he truly made the experience even better. I would happily recommend this place and would love to return again!

There were nice rooms in the hotel, services OK. Super animation program, especially water polo, darts, program for children, night program. The food - not very big choice for lunch. The supper - better. The sea warm and clean, the pools very fajn.
