Holiday Park Resort - Ultra All İnclusive

This hotel doesn’t deserve to be called a 5 star hotel for numerous reasons. I will state what is good about this hotel and what is bad about it. The good things are that the shows that he put on are really good at attracting people especially for children, the slides are unreal and couldn’t stop going on them. The food selection are great a lot to choose from. Now onto the bad things I’ve been to a lot of hotels that are not even 5 starts and they have much better rooms the room where I was staying at was number 3101 which was a sea view. The room was not as shown in the pictures, the room was dirty as shown in the pictures, it was very plain, no kettles to make tea or coffee, the hotel uses a key to get into a room which is old fashion and needs to upgrade to using a card, tv remote and the air conditioner remote have very limited control due to them being blocking by acrylic. The mini fridge barely freezes. If you are going to call yourself a 5 star hotel at least make it look like a 5 star hotel. In my opinion I would say this hotel is a solid 3 or 4 star.

I am not sure how this hotel currently have 4,5 rate. I just can't belive that so much stuff can be so terrible. We came here with a 3 years child. I don't know about the capacity of the hotel, but it was obvious that there was too much people. The elevator is constantly full, so you can wait for 10 minutes just to get in, then it goes up and down and after 10 minutes you get to the floor you want. The lines for food and drink are really big, so you also need to wait for it and lose time agin. I can eat anything but the varity of food is terrible and the taste is bad, only cookies maybe are fine. In the restorante they are constatly missing forks and water (esspecially cold one) . Icecream is every day from 15h to 16h and you need to wait in line on sun at least 15-20 minutes. The shower was clogged all 10 days in room 1115. There is no enough sunbeds and umbrellas on thr beach, so you also need to go to thr beach before breackfast to take them, because later you don't have where to put sit. Snack bar is open until 15:30 and until 19h when is the dinner you don't have eanything to eat (except in the loby, where should be some cookies and snacks until 18h but whenever I go there at 16h or 17h everything was empty), I don't think that ultra all inclusive concept should work like that. Only positive thing are a few guys on reception who was really helpfull and the girls from mini club. Also I can say that rooms are big and they are ok.

The rooms so dirty, The personnel very rude. No one smiled at you, only looked at you angrily i dont know way. The massage center was not professional at all. For the food, you have to wait in line as soon as possible because it ran out. For 6 nights they did not replace our towels .

The hotel should change it’s name to Russian Park Resort. Absolutely terrible stay! 99% occupied by Russians who are rude and behave disgustingly: pilling up food on their plates as if they have never eaten before, drunk most of the time! Sadly the hotel seems to be catering to this type of guests by playing mostly Russian music, speaking Russian and not English or any other language and allowing the described behaviors. Beach is Ok, but not great- no service on the beach at all. Staff barely speaks English so it’s nearly impossible to communicate. There are no tags at the buffet restaurant so you never know what you will eat as it’s also impossible to communicate with the staff, so it might be complicated if you are vegetarian or have other dietary requirements. The pool area is terrible- loud Russian music playing most of the time! Entertainment rubbish too- again just catered to Russian guests. Positives: Great Spa- can only highly recommend Hammam and massages!!! Rooms nice and clean.

Very friendly staff with quick and easy service. It was a very warm welcome with bigger than usual rooms, regular water top ups, free shampoo and conditioner as well as daily room cleaning which was quick and efficient. The food sometimes was dry but it was decent for the price paid. Direct access to beach and 3 good pools.

People in Turkey are not tourist friendly. Starting from immigration, staffs are not friendly, when asked about information they acted as if they can't bothered. When going to shopping people from shops give too much hassle each shop keeper trying to get them our attention and hassling us tod buy products from their shops and they are very expensive. When tell thems we are not interested to buy they get quite rude. Not had good experience in Turkey. This is my first and last visit to Turkey.
