Beachpoint Apartments

Stayed at Beachpoint appartments for its location to beach for my elderly mother and that they had an accessible pool for her that was advertised as heated. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, apartment extremely clean - views fabulous. We had a problem with the bed in main bedroom - was advertised as Queen but was a double - not so good as my two adult girls were sharing this (Receptionist said it was double to my girls) management stood by it was a Queen in a conversation after we left -we beg to differ on that our girls both sleeping Queen beds at home Pool was advertised as heated - definately not, was cold (once again receptionist claimed it was turned off due to summer ) we visited on a cold stormy weekend and my mother couldn’t use pool - management claimed it had the chill taken off it - we beg to differ it was freezing Shame these 2 things were not right I had chosen Beachpoint due to location and pool - and was willing to pay more fore these things, and there was cheaper accomodation just as nice down the road offering a cold pool . Management contradicted everything receptionist said ? Choose carefully

Apartments are of a great standard. Similar to your typical Moloolaba resort . Fantastic views of Ohope beach right across the road. Managers were very friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and decided to stay an extra night as it was so nice.
