BEWARE! This is the craziest hotel experience I've ever had, and the first time I've ever felt inclined to leave a review for a business. We had to book last minute for a trip because of a covid related reschedule and this was our only option. Upon arrival we were skeptical because the room was dirty, but it was an awesome location. The *********** ad that there were private balconies for every unit, but we didn't even have windows in our living room -- we found it a little humorous and moved on because we didn't plan on spending much time in the room anyway. All four of us woke up the first day with sore throats and raspy breathing from a mildew filled ac unit in the bedroom, but as soon as we got outside and got some fresh air, our lungs cleared up. The room was damp from whatever the mold issue was when we woke up every morning. By day 3 there were dozens of flies and nothing would dry because of the lack of window ventilation and the mildew. We all laughed it off and went home vowing never to book last minute again. When I got home, *********** emailed me asking me to rate my experience with smiles and frowns. Within an hour of responding to the email, the owner of the facility called me 3 times screaming at me for my frown responses. He called me "junk", "a piece of s**t", "trash", etc. and called back screaming more each time I ended the call by telling him it was inappropriate to call me at 10:30 at night to scream about my responses to a *********** email. I ended up blocking his number and freezing my credit card for fear of this volatile man having my personal information. He called back from a different phone number twice more at 9:00am to continue screaming under a phone number that wasn't blocked. I explained that it was harassment and my husband attempted to speak to him, but he screamed more extensively. Please be cautious before booking because this place it super questionable and the owners are out of their minds.
