Unfortunately, the outsourced room smelled slightly of mold, which is why I'm deducting points here. Apart from that, everything was great.

This hotel met all my expectations for the ancient European hotel: the house needless to say, the historical building, the furniture is any 18th century, the decoration is very antique, for me this nostalgia is very strong people undoubtedly full of attraction. We loved having a whole wing/suite to ourselves. The porches were so nice to sit outside in. Restaurant was great. Staff was gracious and went above and beyond to help us.

I really recommend this place. This price for breakfast... The hotel is old, but clean and the desk staff is very friendly. It would have taken 2 hours to take the train from Óbidos to Lisbon, but they told me that there was only one bus. Oh my goodness, there was a bus stop 1 minute away from the hotel. Google directions don't tell me this. Anyway, I almost went to Lisbon after calling an Uber and taking 2 hours, but I took the bus in front of the hotel and went to Lisbon in 1 hour. I totally recommend it. One night in a heritage city. It's great.
