Nestled on 85 acres, this private residence offers a stunning view of Oberon Lake. Relax on the deck and soak in the gorgeous sunrises, admire the stars wrapped in a cosy blanket, or sit in the spacious lounge in front of a fire while taking in the breathtaking views from the comfort of the lounge. This property is perfect for a romantic escape for two or a shared vacation with friends. The house can accommodate up to eight people only. The estate offers guests - a unique 600-meter private access to the lake, which is regularly stocked with Rainbow Trout and Golden Perch. Please note that obtaining a Fishing Licence is mandatory. Lake Oberon supplies drinking water so swimming is prohibited. The space The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious lounge with French Doors leads onto a large deck. Three bedrooms have Queen-sized beds and French Doors with access to the deck. The fourth bedroom offers a double bed. This location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, especially with the cosy fireplace available for chilly evenings. Please note: - The laundry facility is not available. - Pets are not allowed due to the nature of the property. - A strict policy of up to eight guests only, including children. - A generous amount of firewood is provided for guests during the cold months.
