My wife and I stayed in the Landhotel Tirolerhof for a week with Inghams. The room was spacious, very clean and had pleasant views from the north facing balcony. The 4 course evening meals were all very good, usually a salad buffet, a soup course, a main course with 3 choices, and a sweet. The breakfast selection was also excellent, with cooked meats and eggs, cold meats and cheeses, muesli, yogurts, bread and rolls, and fantastic home made jams. All staff members in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay in the hotel highly enjoyable.

This has to be one of the best run hotels we have been to in all our Skiing experience. From the rooms being ready on our arrival before midday to having early breakfast when we had to leave at 07:20 on the Saturday morning. The restaurant was an excellent experience with good food well prepared and served. We even had a small news letter each morning, in our own language, giving some tips for the day. The bar was also very well run and all the staff were not only very friendly, but also very efficient, and quickly picked up our likes and dislikes. Any little problems were solved or answered by the staff, from requiring a change of pillow, to missing skis. On the last day I arrived in the Ski Locker to find that one of the guests had taken my skis by mistake. I went to reception where the owner, Martin, took me to the ski rental shop and paid for some skis for the day. My own skis were returned by the evening, but the Hotel had saved my days skiing. I am reluctant to mention any one of the staff members by name because all of them contributed to our excellent stay. So thanks Martin for creating a well run establishment that made for an excellent holiday

Our second trip to the Tirolerhof was just as good as last year. Its a lovely relaxed place which has excellent facilities such as pool and sauna. We really like the food and wine. The staff are all friendly and really attentive. Thank you to Martin, family and all the staff. Be booking for next year for certain! Mark and Jackie

Second year staying at this hotel this time for the winter season. Lovely hotel, good food, comfortable room and friendly staff. Excellent entertainment! Well placed in Oberau with excellent free bus service (with Guest card) to other villages in the Wildschönau valley. We will have no hesitation in booking here again in the not too distant future.

We where there for 5 days it was Perfect! Perfect winter holidays Clean , good food and vey friendly people! The hotel is located in the middle of Oberau, very easy to reach. An exceptional hotel with friendly and helpful staff who provide the highest standards of customer service; family owned and run; this is a wonderful place to stay. Spacious bedrooms, equipped with fridge and safe, sparklingly clean with glorious views of the mountains and excellent food with reasonably priced wine and outstanding service. Loved the entertaining 'Trio Tyrol' led by Martin, the owner - audience participation was great fun! The 'Morning Post' is on your dining table at breakfast and is full of interesting information. The Wildschönau card, issued by the hotel on arrival, is a great idea and gives you free bus travel and free access to the cable cars in the valley, plus the outdoor swimming pool and Farmer's Museum, and, in addition, other discounts locally. The location is fabulous - in a stunningly beautiful part of Austria. I would happily return and highly recommend. Thank you to all the team at The Tirolerhof Hotel for a memorable stay in The Wildschönau Valley.

First time staying in the Tirolerhof and it won’t be our last. Clean and comfortable rooms - ask for more pillows. Great selection of meals both at breakfast and dinner. The hotel leave a ‘Morning Post’ on your table each morning which gives ideas of things to do that day - the jokes on the back gave us a giggle!🤣. Hotel staff were all efficient and friendly - thank you everyone, especially Teresa. Evening entertainment was excellent! Price of drinks were not too expensive. The hotel is well situated in the valley and the free buses (with Wildschönau card) made visiting the other villages easy. Spar shop nearby. Although there is building work next to the hotel, we didn’t notice it, so don’t let this put you off! Already looking through the calendar to come again! Thank you Erharter Family - you have a fantastic hotel. 👍😀

Just returned from a weeks stay with friends. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the food is very good with plenty of choice. The pool and spa area is a welcome bonus after a long walk. We enjoyed 2 nights of traditional entertainment, care of Martin and his band and also a brass band. All the staff were very good. Special ‘shout out’ to Viktor who looked after us, he got our sense of humour and we shared banter when he served our evening drinks. Thanks Martin and the team.
