Staf it’s very friendly. Omer is a good coordinating. It is a good hotel. I recommend room upgrades. Food is good but it’s it is important to be different/mixed. The place of the hotel is well located. The bazaar and port is very close. The beach is ok. The hotel pool is ok. There are not many sunbeds.

Not a 4 star hotel on any level. The staff is extremely rude, the food is ok but the dishes are very often dirty and there is no air conditioning anywhere, not even the restaurant so every meal has been terrible because we are sweating and just want to leave asap. When we arrived the guy in the reception took us to the wrong room, someone else’s room, and then we had to wait for them to sort this out and get us another room. When we finally got the room it had no sheets or towels so we had to go down to the reception to ask for this. After 45 minutes we had to go down again because we still had not received any towels or sheets. The pool area is extremely crowded and not so nice and the extremely hot restaurant area is also very crowded and there are few tables. We are constantly standing in queue for both food and drinks and there is just 1 coffee machine in the entire hotel, and there are a lot of guests. The wine was honestly the worst wine I’ve ever tasted, couldn’t even finish one glass. Overall this hotel is a big disappointment. For what you get for the money it’s definitely not worth it. Go somewhere else if you want to enjoy your vacation.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at so far. My sister got food poisoning and couldn’t stop throwing up for days, it got so bad we had to go to the emergency room. They serve the same food everyday and you get tired of it and it’s extremely dirty.

I would never go to this hotel again in my life. The rooms are not cleaned beach bar is very poor. On the beach reserved for the mountain carlo hotel, there are piles of concrete pieces and rocks under the water. It is very life-threatening and dangerous due to the concrete pieces.

This hotel is a waste of money,please avoid at any cost.We paid a lot of money for a holiday and when we arrived at this hotel it was a shock.I would not go there again even if it is for free.The pool is a not good nor are the rooms.Food is ok but not good for the price they charge you.

On arrival the hotel looked clean and well maintained the porter brought us to our room which was also clean and tidy. Comfortable beds balcony with views of the beach and sea also overlooking the pool area. Anyone who complains about the food is either very fussy or not very well travelled there was always plenty of choice from soup salad and meat choices. Also lovely fresh bread. Around the pool there were plenty of loungers although the pool was shaded until late morning. The beach was only a 3 minute walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful Omar and the waitress whose name I didn’t get were superb. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful at all times. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. The head chef came out every evening and would speak to you making sure you were happy with everything. Evening entertainment was good from traditional dance troupes to belly dancing. All in all for the price paid I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Stayed from the 23rd of September right hotel is no way a 4* right where to start food was good a couple of nights but as we went down a hour in they was rationing the meat as most had gone, chips were always either cold and soggy or cold and crispy not a great choice of food. Pool not enough sunbeds and very shady. Room was ok clean enough only issue was we had the do not disturb sign on for not to be cleaned yet in she came anyway meaning hasty covering up a couple of times and on one day the room looked like everything had been moved about that didn't need moving. Young women or parents with young daughters bare in mind a couple of the waiters never stop hassling young females taking them drinks trying to get there details etc. We liked the area but would not go back to this hotel.

It was not at the level I expected. The rooms were small and cleaned every day, which was a plus. The food was tasty, with a limited amount of meat. For the last few days, I had food poisoning, and every meal ended in the toilet. Unfortunately, we couldn't afford to change the hotel. Some staff are more friendly than others. I will not recommend it and will not go there again. The only positives are the sun beds on the beach; however, they will need replacing.
