Location really good, private part of the beach. All rooms have a small balcony, huge shower and plenty of storage space. Waiting staff are extremely hard working and very friendly. Good selection of food. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room

Kaila City Hotel - Sorry to say one of the most poor holiday experiences I've ever had! To start finding your coach at the airport was a complete shambles it's on the right they said and so where 30 other coaches. 3 hour transfer transfer time with multiple drops before hand got me to my hotel at 11-50pm. I was met with a stern, unsympathetic receptionist who gave me a piece of paper with the meal times on, the Hotels many "All Inclusive" rules on and a room key. No warm welcome here. No Sandwich left for me as I'd missed my evening meal. No thirst quenching pint as the bar had definitely closed. I asked if anything could be done as in the last 24 hours I had only eaten a small sandwich on the flight over. The receptionist pointed to the street and said you maybe get something out there. This hotel states it has a 4 Star rating but I think it's more 3 Star myself. However before I explain that opinion. Let us start on the hotel positives. My room had a Balcony for two that caught the morning Sun's rays and held on to them for several hours before passing overhead. The room's air conditioning with it's easy to use remote control worked a real treat. My room was clean and of a decent size with plenty of storage. It was serviced daily and the cleaner was an asset to the hotel. She always did an excellent job. There were two small bottles of water provided daily and I found a pair of fluffy slippers which were also provided free of charge. Anchored to the wall was an lcd TV. ( I shall come back to this later). The free Wifi coverage I found was excellent throughout the hotel. This was truly important as without the purchase of a local "E-Sim" card or a good deal with your provider you may not be able to Roam in Türkiye plus like mine not all phones are E-sim compatible. Now to the negative. No kettle, tea or coffee making facilities in the room. (I always think that is essential part for a 4 star rating). The room did provide a room safe but to use it you had to pay 2 Euro a day for the hire of the key. The Mini fridge was seriously rusted inside but it worked. The Shower head leaked so you got an eye full of water when you turned the shower on. The Pillows are the cheapest of the cheap and do not support your neck well. I was given a single bed . I'm used to a King size at home so I never got a decent nights sleep as it always felt like any second I would fall out of bed. There is just one single plug socket in the bedroom. There are no USB points so charging multiple devices with a single socket is a laborious, time consuming job. Bizarrely there is another 220v plug socket in the bathroom next to the sink. In the UK that socket would not be allowed! Water and electric don't mix The walls of the hotel are absolutely paper thin and allow even the smallest of noises to travel through your room. Every time someone adjacent to me had a conversation or would use their bathroom or shower I could hear them. When they flushed the loo it sounded
