it’s a very nice hotel. The only problem is the service, the waiters took forever to bring food and also room service was very slow.

The tourist spots in the center were convenient locations that could be reached anywhere on foot. It was also very convenient to have restaurants and cafes in the hotel. I went to the restaurant twice during my stay and it was delicious at a relatively affordable price. The exterior and interior of the hotel were very fashionable and cute, especially when I stayed, it was beautifully decorated because it was the day of the dead. The room was clean, but it seemed a bit old and there were few outlets and no refrigerator, but there was no particular problem.

Hotel wasn't too bad for our first night. They give one small bottle of water and expect clients to get more water from their ”filtered” water dispenser, which was completely empty and didn't get refilled until the following evening when we no longer needed it. The location is not walkable to any stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You need to get a taxi to go anywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful and that was a plus. The size of the room was all right. The beds were very comfortable. Good lighting in the room. Good size bathroom. Nice view of city below during night hours. The biggest negative was the AC on our second and last night was leaking onto the bed. Had to keep it off all night and bear the discomfort af a warmer temp as windows don't open. Water pressure was really good; unfortunately, the hot water isn't consistent and would keep fluctuating between hot and cold. I do not think the value was good considering all the negatives. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.

The location is very good in the city center, it is convenient to go anywhere, the hotel front desk is called a car. The accommodation fee does not include breakfast and will be charged separately. The room was quiet but not central air conditioning. Because there is a swimming pool, the hotel has mosquitoes, but also pay attention to anti-mosquito. I live on the second floor, the water in the bath is not very big, the WiFi quality is average and needs improvement.

The hotel is small, with less than 20 rooms, and it is very distinctive, with a lot of bird cages hung, and it feels like birds and flowers. The room size is small, but it is enough for one person. There is a large platform on the top floor of the hotel, and it is quite comfortable to sit and sunbathe in the afternoon. It is very close to the square in the city center, a three-minute walk. The only downside is that it costs 175 pesos a day to park at the hotel

Nice room Architecturally it may be a historic house. Hygiene and clean, someone cleans every day. Although not in the center of the city square, it is very good to walk past and walk along the most beautiful pedestrian street in the city! City safety.

Beautiful over the top decorating (but in a cute way) Cleaners ensure your stay is top tier. Front desk could use some training on efficiency but in general nice people.

The hotel is so good, the room are clean and big, the staff are Friendly and give a good service.
