Checkin was smooth. I arrived early and was able to get the room quickly. The bathroom is not at all like the one shown on the picture. No free WiFi if booked from travel agency. Free water available in the fitness center.

Comfortable, casual and fashionable

Room was just fine but near hotel neighbors are very not safe. I don’t recommend for family with kids. And room service was horrible. And one late night was very very loud cause some crazy people were car racing on the street so police were came.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Overall a good experience. There is no free Wi-Fi.

I had the worst experience during my stay at this hotel. I was sound asleep at 5:45 am, when I was awakened by a loud, 90 db roaring sound. It continued for 15-20 minutes. The hotel maintenance guy came up and said he had never herd anything like it. And then it stopped. But I was so upset and agitated I couldn’t go back to sleep. When I checked out of the hotel I mentioned to the young man at the desk how upsetting the stay was and he said that I deserved a full refund on the room, but because I made the booking with a third party, he wasn’t authorized to do it himself. But he said that when the manager came in he would tell him about my experience and he assured me the manager would then issue a full refund. I’ve tried calling the manager a few times since that experience but he avoids my calls. And I have not received any kind of acknowledgment. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean. They even let us check in early.

This place is any great location centrally located in Oakland and it has a great view of the bay. The front desk staff was not very helpful when I was checking in, but this place is very clean and up-to-date. We were comfortable in our room and I would recommend a stay here.

Nice hotel! Comfortable and Clean!

酒店裝修和設施都很新。前廳服務人員態度非常好，不論什麼時候進出都會主動和客人問好，有種賓至如歸的感覺。同時也希望酒店加強培訓管理，以後越來越好。空調統一製冷沒有提前説，晚上睡覺温度有點低，會感覺有點冷

酒店位置還是比較適合中國人的，邊上有一條香港街，酒店後面路邊可以免費停車，不過這個城市乞討者略多

酒店環境真的超滿意 超出預期範圍 無論白天多累 晚上回來一趟 看着外面的景色真是能消除一天的疲憊 服務也是很好的 員工很nice Checkin 和checkout都超快 很有效率 滿意

雖然超售導致沒正確的房型是個很嚴肅的問題，但是攜程客服的處理非常耐心，專業和到位，大堂經理把這事情處理的也很妥當。酒店環境還不錯，時候出遊居住。valet停車偏貴，周邊停車場可能更合適。
