Down the hallway, the primary bedroom is on the left and includes a California King-sized bed, a desk and chair, a closet with hangers, a dresser, and a luggage rack. Further down the hallway is the fully stocked kitchen, followed by the second bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The bathroom, located at the back of the apartment, features a bathtub, shower, vanity, and toilet, and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The laundry area is accessible through the rear door, leading to the driveway and parking area. There are steps down to the parking area, and another unit behind the building may be occupied by other short-term rental guests. There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
