Both bedrooms have access to a large deck overlooking the sparkling pool. There is an additional oversized deck off the family room and dining area offering endless ocean views. One of the powder rooms is also located on this level. The lower level has 3 bedrooms each with a private bath. All bedrooms have access to the exterior decks with either an ocean or pool view. The full size laundry room has an additional refrigerator and microwave. The second family room is located on this level and offers a coffee and wine bar as well as a queen sleeper.
