Wow, I don’t even know where to begin first when I made the reservation. I asked for connecting rooms or it’s a very least two rooms side-by-side. I arrive at the hotel to find that I have one room on the first floor and one room on the third floor, I explained to the young ladies what I had asked for they informed me they had no idea which rooms are connecting and they would give me some keys. If I wanted to go check some rooms I said no thank you and I settled on two next to each other on the fourth floor. We get a cart load of our stuff and go to our rooms on the fourth floor unload the cart. Go back to the elevator. Push the button stand there for over 15 minutes waiting for the elevator only to find out from an employee walking past that the elevator doesn’t go to the fourth floor when you call for it. It only goes to the fourth floor when you’re on it and no one at the front desk told us this when we checked in. I have had three complete knee replacements on the same knee in five years and I’m awaiting a major back surgery in January. There was no way I could manage the steps even going down. I finally get back to the front desk. I inform the young ladies at the counter, what transpired once again just like when I was checking in , they said sorry seems to be something that said a lot around. There had absolutely no good reason or an explanation why they didn’t tell me about the elevator since they were both very much aware of it. So they give me two rooms on the third floor with one room in between them . (I find out the next day. The room in between us was empty, and it was a connecting room) when we go in the room, we find Cheetos on the floor as well as water stains and leftover packages of something on the bathroom counter see photos attached. The next morning we go down for the free breakfast before 9 AM. Breakfast goes until 10 and there is virtually nothing available. I ask the front desk once again. They said sorry and that someone should’ve told me the night before they had a large party there of 100 people that they knew were going to be there for breakfast. So I guess if they knew the night before this large party was going to be there I don’t understand why they didn’t have enough help or enough food to accommodate all of the guest. the second night that I’m there the room next to me. It’s playing music extremely loud until after 1 AM in the morning and of course because the music is so loud they are all yelling over the music so that they can hear one another. It took more than two hours , and two phone calls to get someone from the front desk to come up and stop it so that we were able to get some sleep. This completely screwed up the sleep schedule of my one year-old granddaughter. The second morning when we go to check out, there are absolutely no carts available as I sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting for one. as I was checking out, I overheard one of the other employees telling me the counter personnel that all of
