Initial assigned room was dirty. Dusty coffe pot and ice bucket. Something dripping on walls. Zack (spelling?) Was super helpful and friendly in helping us navigate this. He is the best.

I was a little bit frustrated that breakfast started at 630 and by 730am my two kids and I came down to find everything all gone. Sure we could have grabbed a yogurt but literally that was it. So we loaded up to continue on our road trip and got breakfast on the road.

The stay was great. The only thing was for some reason we both found the bed uncomfortable. We’ve stayed here before with no issues do we aren’t sure why we woke up stiff and sore this time.

It was a good place to spend the night on a road trip. Our daughter went to swim, and the pool wasn’t in the best condition.
Other than that, our stay was great.

Hotel was filthy and smelled like a sewer in the lobby area. I had to change rooms 3 times until we could find one that had been cleaned. We won’t be staying here again. I chose this hotel because of the good ratings.

We were placed in a dirty room, then we were told that room was closed for maintenance. We moved to a second room. The floors were dirty, the room smelled, toilet didn’t flush an refrigerator broken. Moved to a third room and had to have the TV fixed.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Restaurants are nearby and breakfast was hot and above average. Cable selection was great. The fitness equipment was good but only had one elliptical and I believe one treadmill. The only complaint was a minor nuisance, the fitness center tv remote was missing but they did grant me an extra hour for check out.
