Have been here a couple of times, each time feels like a new experience. From the ambience and hospitality to the spacious and impeccably clean rooms, this hotel also provides an amazing view of the Nuwara Eliya city. The restaurant has great food and the staff are attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel with magnificent views and great ambience from both staff and surroundings and at an affordable price as well.

Location is good beautiful views, but the management should pay attention and think about upgrading the rooms and counter space in the bathroom Food is average Staff are friendly Monkey’s around so keep the balcony doors shut if you exit the room or you are in the bathroom

A very good hotel . One of our family members h6ad cold .The chef prepared pepper Rasam on request .a big thumps up to the Chef. A room heater was provided . The staff was very courteous . They served the food in our room . Except the items for breakfast on one day ( we stayed 2 Days)everything else was good . They also packed us breakfast for the train ride . This especially compared to the one which stayed in Kandy (another group) was really good, though the Kandy hotel is rated well ( 4 )stars)on all websites but that one(Kandy) was horrible ( no responses , no hot water)

A very good Hotel for its Price. The location is close to the town and to the part. Have Plenty of parking for vehicles. But Food prices might be High compared to other hotels. Rooms are very clean and staff is very Friendly. Best place for this price range. Hope to visit again. Cheers.
