We have been there in August with two children and the experience was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is very relaxing and services are perfectly managed, beautiful beach on the front and spectacular sunset over the sea every evening. The hotel is very nice: well-kept and clean facilities - well-organised services, including excursions run by an external but well-coordinated company. The location is well connected to all best places on the isle. The staff is very nice, friendly and always helpful. The restaurant is fantastic, good choice and variety of food; delicious ingredients and always well cooked. Absolutely recommended!

The hotel is ok but the sea in front of it is terrible it’s impossible to awim and the cour is dirty brown too pity otherwise the hotel is good the rooms are big nice and clean and the yard arroundnis also very nice I would prefer a bigger pool because the one they have is small for all these rooms especially in a hotel with no proper sea to get in

I had a fabulous experience during my week staying at this lovely hotel. Its clean, comfortable with attractive and well maintained decor and gardens. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is really tasty and well presented with plenty of choice. A good selection for breakfast and an excellent cocktail menu. Situated on a lovely beach with warm water to swim in, or there's the pool if you prefer that. Highly recommended!

Been there for 6 days with friends - around 15 pax. Check in was fine, we got a nice room, our fiends got a very shabby room in an older part of hotel. Took them 3 days to change to better room although hotel was almost empty of guests. Territory if fine, clean. Rooms are clean but serious problems with power, often switching off. Bar is good with very helpful guys working it Most disappointing is the food issue. Breakfast was one of the worst experiences i ever had travelling. They claim to be 4 star, but it was more like 1 star. no choices of cold cuts, cheese. Just fried eggs and omelet. Lunch and dinner limited to time and very very slow... main excuse given - we have only one chef now...

Points positifs : équipe professionnelle, agréable et souriante . Le chef cuisinier est top et nous nous sommes régalés tous les soirs ! Les massages sont top ( tonique , silhouette, gommage ) faits par des masseuses professionnelles. Points négatifs : les chambres sont bien équipées ( peignoir , chaussons , bouilloire) mais trop petites et pas de dosettes de café ( pas acceptable pour un 4 *), uniquement du thé. Les prix des massages sont élevés. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble !

L’esperienza con il management è stata pessima. Sono persone scortesi in generale e l’apice è stato raggiunto a causa di un problema legato ad un blackout. I nostri caricatori sono stati bruciati da una manovra errata. Nonostante la dichiarata responsabilità dell’hotel, nessuno per una settimana ci ha ascoltato ne’ cercato di aiutarci. Per un sub rimanere senza caricatore è un grande problema. L’ultimo giorno solo con grande insistenza abbiamo parlato con un manager che è stato poco trasparente e a tratti davvero scortese. Esperienza molto negativa. Il garbo dovrebbe essere un elemento imprescindibile nel rapporto con gli altri e qui è decisamente mancato.

Magnifique séjour à Nosy be dans un cadre paradisiaque. Nous étions avec nos 2 jumeaux de 3 ans qui ont adoré les activités, en particulier les excursions et surtout la piscine, sans oublié les bon plats servis au restaurant. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique et a toujours été au petit soin. Mon seul regret ne pas avoir croisé de requins baleines durant nos balades en mer. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois. À refaire sans hesitation.

Sono stata una settimana a giuno con amiche nell'Hotel Exora di Nosy Be. Ottimo albergo, con piscina e accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Ho trovato personale gentile, ottimo cibo e possibiltà di un massagio rilassante. Assolutamente da consigliare. Lore

Sei giorni in questo bellissimo hotel. A noi piacciono strutture tranquille, di non molte camere, con un bel mare, con servizi ma senza eccessi. Il Nosy Be hotel è questo, cui si aggiunge un ottimo ristorante, del personale cortese, disponibile e sorridente, ed un bel giardino molto curato. Siamo in Madacascar, qualche inconveniente è inevitabile, ma proprio la capacità di risolvere i problemi con un sorriso è un pregio. Assolutamente consigliato.
