靠近火車站，就是空調不行，太冷

There was a problem with the air conditioning which meant the room was a constant 26⁰C! This problem was apparently known to staff who still gave us the room anyway! Was allocated a new room after an incredibly uncomfortable night but should never have been put into a room where the was clearly a serious problem. Booked a Premier Plus room which was the same size as a standard room but included a fridge and coffee machine. However, coffee and towels were not always replaced so spent too much time having to ask at reception for items that should have been provided as standard. A few of the staff on reception were excellent but most didn't seem interested or just blamed someone else. Only good thing about the hotel is it's close proximity to Norwich train station!

Great hotel , and lovely quiet room so needed after a busy night out for a Sunday's partying with a friend in a local venue. Lol love the way no one remarked on my costume so no awkward staring from other guests given to the state of my wierd union jack trousers and red wig! Breakfast lovely and quiet at 7 am , hot food could have been hotter and tiled floors mopped as I felt stuck in floor when it wasnt mopped in tiled areas. Lovely room and enjoyed my bath after the party and the bed to rest my tired legs.

Nice hotel, big clean rooms, comfy bed. Staff all super friendly and very helpful. I liked that there was a water fountain and complimentary tea & coffee supplies in the reception area that you can just help yourself to. Only reason not given 5* is because you have to book a slot for breakfast in the mornings and my name wasn’t always on the list, confusion with trying to book a table not just for myself but colleagues staying too.

Staff (especially Debbie Dray) were exceptionally kind and helpful Lovely clean room although Premier Inn need to invest in better bath drainage in room 23 Excellent restaurant service although Premier Inn need to invest in revamp Thankyou to all hardworking staff

The staff absolutely made our stay what a credit Mya and Debbie are to premier inn. Very helpful with advising us where to go and what transport to get . Room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast so can not comment . Although drinks at the bar in the evening nice atmosphere and view of the river lit up .
