We will keep coming back here as the hotel is excellent, especially the "Plus" rooms and the staff! In fact, we'll be back in roughly 6 weeks time. Again, Tracy is absolutely brilliant, really helpful and a lovely "people person"going the extra mile to find us an early room!

Super convenient for the city center a short walk away, multistory carpark just a few metres away, the position of this hotel is excellent. For such a reasonable price, this hotel is super value for money. The staff are lovely and helpful. The room is spacious, super clean, well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom even has a bath! With lots of towels. I visit Norwich a couple of times a year to visit family and am kicking myself for not staying here before, now I have found it, I will definitely be coming back.

Requested a room on the side of the hotel as quieter. It meant that I could do my business admin, plus have a good night's sleep. Staff at Reception and in the restaurant friendly, welcoming and helpful, even offering me a jug of fresh milk to take to my room, for the cup of tea. Bed linen, towels etc all of a good standard. I'm about to purchase two of their firm pillows, as definitely had two good nights sleep. Premier Inn offer a parking scheme where you can book on "YourParkingSpace", where locals can offer you a space at a competitive rate. 48 hrs of parking in the municipal carpark would have been very expensive.

Norwich Duke St. Premier Inn is good value and the room was weĺl appointed and beds comfortable. It was chosen because it is walking distance to the theatres and town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us maps and directions.

Stayed here recently on a one night business trip From the check in staff, to the bar and restaurant I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating Hotel was quiet too and the breakfast was pretty good I stay in a lot of Premier Inn’s with work and this is definitely one of the better ones
