Our annual trip to the Ohio Bike week and decided to change up lodging location and chose this based upon location to the event. We almost exclusively stay at Choice properties since 2019. Even thru the pandemic the properties were always accommodating, clean and met the needs of our travels. However this location is less than stellar wen it comes to the Choice family of hotels. In order to receive fresh linen you must bring your dirty linen to the front counter which is 15 feet from the breakfast area and after it's sorted and counted you are given fresh linen. The breakfast was minimal with outdated yogurt provided. Even as a Choice Privilege member you are charged 10 dollars for every hour you request a late checkout. The bathroom had mold in the floors along with torn wallpaper above the shower. Finally unable to utilize the refrigerator due to the mold and ice (see picture). We made the decision to cut our trip short and traveled over to Toledo and stayed at a different brands hotel. I truly believe that Choice Hotels is a good brand, however this location tarnishes the brand and the image.

Charged an additional Small amount when we checked in, booked online and prepaid for the room but there was an additional ~$5 for a tax that wasn't mentioned on *******. He asked for card and ID, didn't tell me he was charging me anything until I asked why he was running my card. Would have been great if he had at least explained before charging me.

The man at the front desk woulnt lwt me check in. I gave him my id credit card. Reservation number even my phone with the info. He was rude n said he cant help me.

The pool was closed for painting this was not posted on site.. very very disappointing..part of my reason for picking was the pool. Breakfast is bare minimum same food everyday ..staff is very nice..but all and all very disappointing

I have zero complaints about this hotel. It's not fancy but it is clean, the parking lot is well-lit and the staff I encountered were very friendly. I am a woman who was traveling alone with my dogs and I felt very safe. The room, as I said, was clean as was the grass. There is ample parking near the building and doors.

The staff was friendly and kind. We were advised at check-in that the entrance on side of building had a broken lock, which made the building accessible without using a key. Room was excellent, and mattress and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit limited (no eggs), but we were there during a very slow time. Will chose this property again in the future.

Management was very rude, The halls, elevator, room, everything was dirty, Hair and stains on the bedding, bathroom had dirt, grime, urine stains, hair and shower was clogged. Didn't get the room I paid for because it was "dirty". Key cards barely work, room was never serviced, all around BAD! Mark this one off your list, would've slept in my truck if it wasn't full of business items.
