Leopard Mountain Safari Lodge

The past weekend my husband and I spend an unforgettable time at Leopard Mountain Safari Lodge. We experienced luxury, nature, and exceptional service. The luxury rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities, all while maintaining an authentic safari lodge charm. Our veranda allowed us to enjoy beautiful views, an outside shower and our own splash pool. The staff at Leopard Mountain are incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need is met with a smile. The highlight of any stay here is undoubtedly the game drives. Alex our guide was very knowledgeable and offered thrilling opportunities for us to see almost all of the Big Five and an array of other wildlife, Alex also shared fascinating insights into the local ecosystem. The food was exceptional, with a variety of dishes that showcase local flavors and international cuisine, all beautifully presented. We also went for a spa treatment which was truly a wonderful treat. For anyone seeking a luxurious safari escape, Leopard Mountain Safari Lodge is an absolute gem. We will be back for sure.

Coming back to Leopard Mountain Lodge was the best decision. I've been to many lodges but Leopard mountain realy is a gem. From our gamedrives wirh Shaun ( who despite the rain managed to teach us things we have not been told on other game drives) to service, from ambience and loving welcome to being pampered and spoilt with drinks, yummy food, perfect attention to food allergies and specific wishes...it is a real treat and just what the doctor prescribed. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and equipped with all you could wish for, the most beautiful room scent spray, realy nice shampoo, conditioner, shower gel...perfect. Tons of super large towels and bath gowns that even fitted me( ha ha...) The warm towels to refresh us on arrival and after the game drives just showed aswell that the management thinks of every detail. The curio shop is equipped with beautiful items, games and books were also available. The attention and cleanliness of the table settings were first class, good wines and the service staff never missed the slightest wis we might have. Definitely coming back soon.

Where do i start! Wow, Leopard Mountain is an experience I am very grateful and blessed to have had. I needed to get into Nature and my Mum had just celebrated a birthday and so I decided a Safari weekend would be great. Leopard Mountain was far more than great it was extraordinary in every way. The staff on arrival make you feel so welcomed. From the front end staff, the housekeeping staff, the dining staff, the spa staff and the Safari guide I cannot fault anything. I can't remember everyone's names (im so sorry 😐) but here goes, Ross (reception), Melissa (Manager), Fikile (dining), George (dining), Sean (guide), and the 2 female front of house staff- Anique? Or Chanique and I cannot remember the other young ladies name, Fortunate (spa therapist), all performed their respective roles to the tee. They went out of their way to make us feel special. Each one was engaging and so kind. And sometimes (most times) thats all people need, kindness and warmth. Leopard Mountain delivers. We were so surprised by the most delicious birthday cake for my Mum on the game drive. I cannot explain the level of care and detail that this lodge goes to to ensure the best customer service experience. The best part is that you leave feeling like you are part of Leopard Mountain purely because you are treated so well. It's hard to describe the place, and all the amazing experiences and nothing I can write can really translate into an understanding of it, you really just need to go there yourself to enjoy the luxury of it but also the warmth of the place and people. You will come back feeling mentally and spiritually re, revived and also a few kgs heavier 🤣, the feed you REALLY WELL. All our dietary concerns were taken care of with such care. They never say the word no, they literally make things happen for you to have the best time. To close off, facilities are amazing, beds are huge and dreamy, views are spectacular, the game drives are epic, my favorite was the moonlight drive, its magical. God willing will go back any day of the week 🙏 🥰

Beautiful lodge, simply first class, delightful welcome after a fascinating drive in from the main road. Rhino’s, giraffe, zebra’s just on the way in ! My room was perfect, stunning views and the perfect place to retire to after a game drive and dinner.

One of the best Lodges in SA, if not the best, we have ever been. Very nice ambience, spectacular view and very professional staff with great service all the time, but unobtrusive at the same time. Great food and wine list, taking care of each individual wish. The game drives are spectacular in a very pictures landscape with very good game spots and very professional guiding. Special surprises my appear on the game drive ….

Beautiful lodge, elegant and cozy. Stunning views. Excellent and very profesional staff and trackers. We wished we had more time to spend there and would love to go back sometime. The encounters with wildlife were amazing. Highly recommended!
