Premier Inn North Shields (Ferry Terminal)

Couldn't fault our stay. Great value all round. Lovely clean, spacious rooms. Excellent for a family group of 3 generations of our family. Extremely helpful receptionist. Great breakfast at the pub next door. Convenient for visiting local area. Some useful shops and entertainments within walking distance. Would definitely return!

Excellent customer service, really friendly great staff who welcomed us and were able to give lots of advice. Room great, really clean and comfortable. Perfect for us. Bar and restaurant staff also really fabulous. Breakfast had soo much choice and really lovely.

I don’t normally do reviews but I just had to thank Andrew @North Sheilds Ferry Terminal Premier inn, as I was checking in he made a point not to reveal my room number out loud, as a woman traveling alone with a gentleman stood behind her it is this attention to customer care that means so much to me, absolutely fantastic. Thank you Andrew and premier inn for making me feel safe and secure as a lone traveler, fabulous customer care detail.

Nichola on reception went above and beyond with her warm welcome and cheerful disposition. I would recommend staying here The room was pleasant, spacious and clean. It was easy to get about. The breakfast was enjoyable. You had to walk next door but that was fine. Good value for money.

We stayed here between Christmas and new year, just for a small break away, and to visit barter books, in Alnwick. Really clean, the staff were all friendly, as are most people from this area. The hotel was clean inside and out, and had plenty of parking spaces. The bathroom was well stocked with soap, shower gel and toilet rolls. Really good shower. The bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in away from home. There were plenty of tea and coffee facilities. We didn't use the restaurant on site this time, but saw plenty of others doing so. Loads of wardrobe space, which we found helpful, and a surprising amount of plug sockets! None by the bed though, but this seems to be standard. If I had to give a down side, I'd say the doors slam if you just let them go, which some people seem to do when leaving their rooms. But that's more about the people than the hotel. Overall, for the price we paid, we were happy with our stay and will probably return.

Another lovely stay at Royal quays. Lovely friendly welcome and well looked after by Nicola and Jade and the lovely staff behind the scenes. I come up frequently for the football and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. They even advised me on how to wrap my Christmas presents!
