This is one of the worst resorts I've ever stayed at. It was dirty, dusty, things in the rooms were broken, walls were dirty, lock on the door was broken, look like there was water damage. The showers had dirty stained floors. The curtains had holes in them. There is no golf course, or racquet court. The pictures are very deceiving.

This is an older facility and is worn out. The layout is nice but has older carpet and cheap furniture. We were not told ahead of time that we had to sit through a time share presentation. This knowledge would have affected our choice to go to this resort. Also the cleanliness was average at best.

Spider infestation that resulted in moving to multiple units with the resort. I was bitten 6 times and my wife bitten once. Pest control was called but bites continued even after spraying unit. Very disappointed with experience and very traumatic ordeal. I slept fully clothed until we moved to another resort nearby for the balance of our stay. Not planning a return.

Wow this place has really gone down hill. Management is rude and not accommodating at all. They refuse to give a refund from our cancellation and like to change policies on a day to day basis. They have stolen our deposit and are corrupt individuals. Everyone we have spoken to that generally stay during the winter months have all had issues with this resort! Apparently the new outhouse is to poop in the pool. This has happened twice in our 5 day stay. Shame on you Links and corrupt Capital Vacations!

In a quiet neighborhood ..but place is dated... nothing special..old appliances..old carpet..with roku tv that doesn't work... other feature is you can drive and use their building at beach with access for parking..but I didn't feel safe inside the building alone..

The Links was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool. Nice to get away during the cold months to a comfortable place.

My second time staying here and we enjoyed the stay. The resort is bigger than expected. You can use the living area to sleep 2 more people.

The pool, fitness center, and sauna were awesome! The unit was out of date but was very spacious. The community was quiet. I also liked the location; it wasn't far from the beach and other fun stuff. And they have a private parking area to access the beach, which kept me from driving around to find one and having to pay.

Our unit G-41 had not been cleaned and filthy. There were mouse droppings on the counters every morning when we got up, and when we realized what it was, we checked out and cut our vacation four days short. The kitchen was dirty, and the dishwasher had mildew stinky water in the bottom. The bathrooms were dirty and the toilets had mildew rings. I would not recommend this resort to anyone!!!
