The price matches with the location. However, there was a n used tower leave in the room. The the key card system was down for a long time.

5月25號從倫敦到牛津check in。reception沒有提及任何注意事項。26號上午去shopping前，我們特地囑咐reception書面記錄了讓cleaner打掃房間的注意事項。下午3點回到酒店，被告知房間未打掃，承諾一小時後打掃。當天6點再次返回酒店，被告知缺乏員工人手，沒有人打掃房間。連基本服務都無法提供，不知道這樣的酒店開着做生意有什麼意義？酒店員工也沒有事先告知。網上的好評都是刷出來的。隔音也不好，對面有個倉庫一樣的酒吧，週末晚上開派對，凌晨都在蹦迪，關窗也很大聲，樓都在震。

Stayed here for an overnight break. Although the hotel was fine, the ventilation in the rooms was pretty poor and was hot, the bathroom extractor didn't work and the breakfast was ok but luke warm. It's fine therefore the average rating but wouldn't say more than that.

Stayed on a busy Friday night. Room was fine, quite clean & comfortable, with the bonus of a bath. We stopped for dinner, it was busy. Blair and Jonathan were on duty and honestly I can’t praise the service we had enough. Despite being literally rushed off their feet between reception and a busy restaurant, they were patient, thoughtful and kind. My daughter was overwhelmed and startled by a loud noise and not only did they notice, they offered a new table away from the noise where she could calm down and have some space. So grateful for their kindness. I’d definitely return.

This is truly an awful place to stay,the staff are awful ,the food is awful and the rooms are awful, traffic noise all night is relentless, you'd be better off sleeping on the streets and eating out of bins. I've been using premier inn for years,the decline in quality and service is shocking.

I stopped at this hotel 3 nights a week for 4months and can not praise the staff enough! Pure dedication to ensure everything in their powers is carried out correctly to ensure your stay is hassle free. Blair & Aung welcomed myself and my colleague each week with a smile and friendly service that goes above and beyond what is usually expected at major hotel chains. Well done team Botley 👏 👏 Perhaps some more support on those busy days for external management but that said these guys still made time for everyone!
