Beautiful Cottages in the heart of Oxfordshire. We stayed here (myself husband and 8 year old son) and had the most wonderful experience. Felicity and James are excellent hosts and had provided excellent arrival and departure instructions via email and were there to greet us on arrival. We stayed at Trinity which sleeps up to 3 in a one bedroom cottage with a lovely small single bed made up in the corner of a large bedroom. The cottage was the perfect size for us. The gardens to the cottage are beautiful with our son loving the Wendy house full of toys and gardens to play with. We were very lucky and had amazing weather, which made accessing the outdoor swimming pool a real treat! The laundry room farm shop on site was ideal to purchase bread, milk and essentials and the cottage had a lovely home made loaf of bread and cakes on arrival which was lovely. The local area is rather remote however we found the cottages in a perfect location to access main roads for day trips whilst feeling that we were truly in the countryside. For local trips out we would highly recommend Rectory farm where we picked our own fruit and selected local vegetables and treats from the farm shop including the dispense your own milk, the most delicious we have tasted for a long time! We also enjoyed a meal out at Jolly Boatman and Blanc Brasserie in Oxford as well as Blenheim palace and LEGOLAND. A lovely week.

Without doubt the nicest holiday cottage I’ve stayed in with the family in the UK. ❤️Beautifully decorated with gorgeous chunky wooden furniture, smeg sparkling appliances and fine quality bed linen which made it very difficult to get up! Their strong environmental ethos is evident with fabulously scented & re-useable bathroom & kitchen products. All the cottages and the, ‘out of this world,’ swimming pool are powered by green energy which is the most environmentally conscious set up I’ve ever seen! I felt totally relaxed and guilt free whilst I swam, dog walked, bird watched & ran around the breathtakingly beautiful 1000 acre Oxmoor estate. The hosts are such a lovely couple and nothing was too much trouble. The children had toys, games, ponies and pot bellied pigs to befriend - they couldn’t have been happier. The website just doesn’t do it justice - this is a must go to place!

Just perfect for 'getting away from it all'or if you don't have enough room when family visit. Beautiful place to put out of town visitors up. Well equipped, very clean and tidy. Beds and furniture lovely and comfortable. Highly recommended.
