Heads up to anyone living here
This morning, I came to Airport from the Hotel.
I was calling Uber but the security asked me that their taxi is outside and they can do the same price as Uber and I don't have to wait.
I said Ok and came to Airport and the driver asked me 3 times the Uber amount. This is how they scam here.

Staffs are so professional specially at the reception , hotel is located in decent place , I had shifted from hotel shanti palace to hotel aero star due to poor services and unhygienic room.
I like to thanks chef who made chicken chilly’ it was really delicious 😀
I would love to visit again when I come to Delhi.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hotel Aero Star by Star Group I strongly advise against staying at Hotel Aero Star by Star Group due to its appalling condition and uncooperative staff and management. Poor Hotel Condition The rooms were plagued by unpleasant odors, and the bedsheets and beds were filthy. The overall atmosphere felt like a seedy, run-down establishment, not a respectable hotel. Uncooperative Staff and Management The hotel staff and management showed a staggering lack of cooperation and customer care. Our concerns were met with indifference, and they failed to provide satisfactory service. MakeMyTrip (MMT) Refund Issues To make matters worse, MMT failed to refund our amount after we checked out early due to the hotel's poor condition. Despite booking three rooms for four nights, their refund process was slow and unresponsive. Conclusion In light of our disastrous stay, I caution potential guests against booking Hotel Aero Star by Star Group. The hotel's subpar conditions, uncooperative staff, and management's indifference make for a thoroughly unpleasant experience. MMT's inadequate refund process only adds to the disappointment. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

how did this hotel receive star and got endorsed I would never understand. Hotel room had fungus all over the walls and washroom, basic hygiene were not even maintained. Had to check out of hotel in just 3 hours. Huge disappointment

Nice and clean hotel. Food from the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfortable. Location of the hotel is good if you need to stay near the airport as it’s near the aero city, close to some cafes and restaurants outside as well.
