IIDL Suites, located in East Delhi, offers a convenient option for those visiting the Akshardham Temple, which is just a stone's throw away. The hotel enjoys a quiet location and provides decent dining options with its restaurant and room service.
However, the hotel's decor and rooms feel somewhat dated and could benefit from a refresh. While the location offers good access to most parts of Delhi, the hotel's "no visitor" policy is an unusual restriction that could be inconvenient for some guests.

Just talk on reception regarding booking don't know the name the guy he is cheap ,I'll mannered , uneducated don't have any atticates and manners to talk on phone humble request to all people stop going to this hotel or a request to hotel owner to fire,remove the guy who talks in such a cheap manner with customers as this I'll mannered guy will make ur business suffer a huge loss in future ......thnku regards ujjwal Sharma

Location is good. Airport, Noida, CP are quite approachable. Hotel is good. Front desk staffs are very cooperative and well behaved, namely Akash Jain, Manish Nanda, Varun and others. Restaurant staffs namely Abhishek, Niharika, Zeeshan, & others are really very helpful in managing my diets plans. Chef is also good in his dishes. But the major point of concerns are two. 1st. House keeping which is not upto the mark. 2nd. Gym... Now the only treadmill is not working. Equipments are outdated. Only point of attraction are the Gym Trainers specially Satish and Shivpal. They are worth staying if you want a proper physical trainer, Guided Yoga and full body stretch. The MD Mr. Amrendre & GM Mr. Prayag are good hosts for the Guests.

Dirtiest place to stay, the rooms and corridors are filled with smoke smell. We changed two rooms to beat the smell but no luck, you are bound to breathe small the foul air. The curtains in the room seem so dirty to even look, they are not washed since hanged. To my horror, the curtains had blood stains. The washroom had worst of pungent smell as if a dead animal was rotting. The walls of the room had a wall paper which had accumulated dust literally shedding on the bed below. And finally their buffer breakfast, unhygienic...stale...unhealthy....incompetent chef. They served stale cut fruits everyday, all their dishes were soaked in oil, basic lassi and chach preparation was also horrible. We ensured to eat only boiled eggs and banana to save ourselves.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE LAST STAY OF MINE IN IIDL SUITE So the reason is I am not give them 5 star rating because my last visit was not at all satisfying... Firstly my room's Ac was not working for that I have to call servals times to the reception... And they were saying we are sending house keeping/ electrician whosoever he was but even after 2 or 3 visits my problem didn't solved then again I made 1 or 2 call then my room got changed (though according to my experience in 5 stars after this much they normally upgrade rooms (I know it's subject to availability so it's skip this part that they didn't upgraded) but then their swimming pool was not cleaned even I asked this before Booking that is it ready but still even again after calling several times front desk was not updated some was saying that today the pool is closed or it will open by 5 or 6 or 6:30 n I got soo frustrated can't share then the spa/ massage facilities was not available for women...that is another distrubing factor... And talking about food that is not that much good means that's just okay not too much options for vegitarian so in the end i would like to add bus yahi thaa baki sab theek h😂🤐 N yaar atleast Facebook Instagram to update krlo graphics hi bana kar daal do koi bhi link kaam nahi kar Raha ek comment aya hua h usko hi reply kr do Vrna mujh hi rakh lo iss job ke liye 😂😂

Outdated hotel, charges as they like. Per day prices quoted offline is completely off, they don’t take the online payments through bank transfer. The management shift has really impacted the hotel functioning, nothing has kept, you’ll see the hotel mostly empty
