As I promised the Operations Director of Mantera Resort & Congress 5* - Skoda Viktor, I am sharing exclusively my impressions of my stay from June 11, 2025 to June 13, 2025. 2 adults + a child (4 years old). Deluxe superior with a sea view. Cost 43K. Due to rain according to the weather forecast for Krasnaya Polyana, we had to cancel the room we had booked at the Rixos hotel, and also avoid an early morning check-out from the hotel - 1.20 am to the airport. The reason for choosing this "miracle hotel" was: the declared 5* hotel, as well as its close location to the airport (10 minutes). We contacted the hotel reservations department, our wishes were: 1. A quiet room. 2. A sea view. The reservations department employee kindly Based on the terms and conditions, offered us a new Deluxe Superior room with a sea view, renovated a year ago. They took a 50% advance payment. On June 11, 2025, we arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM and it all began... Check-in took about 20 minutes (2 passports and a birth certificate). I asked the employee several times about our two previously stated wishes (silence and a view). At the counter, they nodded confidently and immediately went to the administrator Vsevolod (they said something in his ear, to which he nodded confidently in response). Throughout the entire time, they actively told me about the wonderful vacation and services at the hotel, as well as about a closed event held at the large pool, and therefore it would be closed to guests until 4:00 PM the next day. They assigned room 660: a new and clean room, a sea view, sunny side. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the air conditioner was on minimum cooling mode, the temperature in the room 23.7 degrees. We immediately called the reception and told them about it, they answered that there was a high load on the ventilation system, but if it gets above 24 degrees, call and we will send specialists. We opened the balcony, the view is good, we went to dinner at Anatolian Kebab & Grill, which is located on the -1 floor. In short: the trainee waiter put the menu and left. For 20 minutes, no waiters came to the table at all. I asked the waiter to come over, and then the administrator - Svetlana came running, very surprised: how is this possible, it can't be, our apologies, let us bring you compliments (they refused). As a result, the table was set in 17 minutes. In short, dinner "with a residue" and this is only the beginning. We walked outside the hotel, at half past nine in the evening we returned to the room - it's a bit hot, the air conditioner is not pulling, we opened the balcony - and then - IT - BINGO, we noticed the sound of something "hidden" next to a tennis court the size of A "working generator" from a shipping container. We closed the balcony - it was hot, but opened it - the noise of the "generator" was annoying. We chose the second option. That night, the child's temperature rose to 39 (he caught a virus somewhere). Medicine, cooling, worries, and then the "generator" ((((. The night passed restlessly and noisily. In the morning before breakfast, I specially went down to the reception, the administrator Vsevolod (see above) came up to me and asked: in"

"This hotel looks like a real castle! I was so excited when I saw it. The building is beautiful, and inside it’s even better. The room was clean and big, with a comfy bed and nice decorations. The location is perfect right next to the amusement park, so it’s great if you're visiting Sochi Park. It’s very fun and easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was good with lots of food to choose from. The staff were kind and always ready to help. It really felt like living in a fairytale for a few days. I didn’t want to leave."
