Enjoyed my stay. Lovely hotel just a little hard to get into.

Friendly staff, ideal location, and a clean room to stay in. 10/10 would recommend.

I booked a night at the Renaissance as I was flying to edmonton to pick up my son and fly home the next morning so didn't want to stray far. The room was clean, cozy and quite. There was a pool and Starbucks and several food options. Very accommodating and would stay again.

The service at this hotel is superb. The front desk staff were so helpful and considerate. The facilities are exceptional. The food was excellent. The room was lovely and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. All amenities were considered. Robes in the closet, Keurig coffee machine with generous supplies. I did not see the other guest amenities as I had just arrived from an international flight, was a late check-in and was booked for one night only. I would positively book here again.

Very close to the airport, you can literally walk thru. Clean, good space

Very nice property but it’s the little things. Hair dryer did not work and shower pressure was horrible.

Love that this hotel is attached to the airport so you don’t even have to go outside. But you pay for that convenience as it’s very expensive (we were in the room for less than 8 hours)

Connected to airport, easy to sleep in when early morning flight is delayed. Easy to go back to hotel and extend check out (free of charge) when WESTJET flight is delayed another 8 hours. Saved us from sitting in the terminal. Awesome option.

The only thing I didn’t like was the level of noise when checking in. The lounge music was so loud the staff and I could not hear each other and had to repeat ourselves more than once.

Great food and wine. Easy parking. Costs a lot but you could die tomorrow so may as well spend the money on things that make your life great. Make Canada great again !!!
