服務很熱情貼心，從下了飛機就有管家式接洽，這裏的服務好是全部工作人員都很熱心並且細緻入微，還贈送了小食水果，很多我們想不到的地方都會替我們想到，也確確實實解決了不少小麻煩，真的做到有求必應。
酒店位於景區中，空氣很好，酒店房間很大，有個可以晾曬衣服的小陽台，温泉整體感覺也還好，水質乾淨衞生，配備換衣區和淋浴區，池子户內户外多種多樣，3層還有服務區供休息。
餐廳也還可以，餐品豐富，整個區域很大，也蠻適合組織團建。
很幸運我的接待經理小喻給予我們整個行程温馨備至的服務！非常感謝～

房間很乾凈，前台服務員態度很好，對小朋友很友好。温泉池子挺多的，室內室外都有，還有小童戲水區，小朋友玩的很開心，環境也不錯。
