A very pleasantly surprised hotel with a great environment and complete facilities. The rooms are also large, with smart controls and are very clean. The overall number of rooms is not too large, so it doesn't feel crowded even when full, and it's very quiet overall. There aren't many restaurants within walking distance, but there are Chinese and Western restaurants in the hotel, the prices are reasonable, and the food is good.

This time I chose Dongqian Lake Junlan Resort Hotel for a great experience! The environment of the hotel is elegant, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and I slept very well. The service attitude of the front desk staff is impeccable. There is a housekeeper's caring service from check-in to check-out. From the front desk to the room service, they are very warm and thoughtful, and they are responsive. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. There are many restaurants and attractions around, which makes travel very convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes very good. You can also climb the mountain in the hotel. There is a cliff coffee on the top of the mountain, which is suitable for taking pictures. The facilities and equipment are complete. In short, this is a very pleasant stay experience, and it is highly recommended to everyone! Next time I come to Ningbo, I will choose this hotel again!

Room is small, location is excellent. 100 inch projection is amazing. It is like sleeping in a movie theater, we watched 3 movies for 6 hours. Definitely would stay here again.

Parking is free, which is very friendly to car owners. 2. The room area is sufficient, and the bathing, toilet, and dressing spaces at the door are cleverly designed, which can greatly meet the various needs of customers. 3. All kinds of facilities are very humanized: silicone pillows, LED backlight bathroom mirrors, pressurized large showers, and USB sockets reflect the designer's thoughtfulness everywhere. 4. Xiaoxue and Xiaoshuang provide thoughtful service. I left a piece of clothing in the room. They took the initiative to ask me and helped me put it away until I took it back. Places worth optimizing: 1. There are no hooks or hanging rods on the wall around the washbasin, which is not convenient for hanging towels. 2. The wontons for breakfast are not given any condiments, and all customers have to add them themselves. 3. I want to watch CCTV News, but I can't tune it in on TV.

The hotel was good. Staff is helpful and polite. Everything went smooth. Rooms were nice looking but it would be better if they'd put more attention to the cleaning. The only problem I had was there was a sound of running water kept coming in my room the whole night which made me so annoyed.

This trip was a short one for me but the stay was great. There was no towel I asked for one which they didn’t understand over the phone but came to my door to ask me again and then gave it to me. Breakfast was delicious. Chinese cuisine but not very plans I loved that. Oh and the room was clean and cozy.
